Susan Williams As the owner, I would like to respond to these 2 reviews. To Mr. Paul Hayes, I checked back through all of my messages as far back as February 2013, and I see no messages from you or anyone else requesting a wedding makeup makeover. First, I do not have voice mail on my studio phone, so you could not have left a voice mail. And I can prove that I respond to all of my Facebook messages. Furthermore, I only provide services for wedding makeovers for my Studio customers and their family members, that is my privilege as a franchise owner. Also, March 6th, the day that you rode by, I was at a pre-op appointment for surgery the next day. And to Ms. Denise Clark, I remember this day very well. I had a customer with a 10:30 appointment for a facial followed by a Birthday lunch date. You asked me to help you with a new foundation and I explained to you that I didn’t have time right then to stop and stripe you for a new foundation, and I asked you to come back in about 30-45 mins. My customer who had the appt and who I was performing the facial on, in my opinion, takes precedence over someone who just walks in and expects me to stop what I’m doing, because they’re from out of town. I reserve the right and only think it was fair to continue giving service to my customer with the appointment.

Paul Hayes My son and his fiancee were about to be married in December 2017. Two months earlier we reached out to have them to do her makeup for the wedding. 5 phone calls/messages were made. None were returned. As I ride by there in Madison this morning (3/6/19) I noticed there were no customers and think to myself ...why would they busy if they couldnt even return a phone call? Avoid Merle Norman in Madison Florida. Im sure they dont even care! lol

G Von Hickman Business address is actually 229 sw Range, 227 sw Range is the quaint and cozy bookshop, Legacy Fine Arts Books and Gifts and in the same building with Ms. Debra Bass Hair stylist next door. Unfortunately, this barber-Madeleine was not wearing a mask during the height of Covid and her local customer base weren’t either. So although our grandsons haircut was fine, quite nice actually, we felt is was unsafe and unsanitary. My spouse and I were also uncomfortable with constant Bible references and the mean-spirited local gossip by this establishment over-all. Cut the gossip, we’re not interested in local lies, protect your clients from Covid and just do a good job.
