Devon Martin What a nightmare! I had an appointment booked for over a week I confirmed 2 times including the night before. I was early and waited for my 10:45. Carli said she wouldnt bleach my hair until I did a strand test that would take about 30 min. And that it would be a process to get my hair that light so she wouldnt burn my hair because I wanted a full bleach and tone. I agreed and did it. After that and the wait was there for 2 hours and she said the owners printer was not working so she would not do my hair unless I signed a consent of release of liability incase she screwed my hair up. I asked her to email me so I could do a DocuSign and told her Im almost 50 years old and not a teenager and I dont need to sign consents. She said I would have to wait about a month for her next appointment. I was pissed even though witnesses were there wouldnt do my hair. I left and went where I was not harrassed like in that place. Which the Tallahassee salon was amazing....take the drive dont go to sheer bliss

Sarah The people who have their business here are wonderful and very talented! Well worth traveling to this hair salon no matter where you come from! They treat you like you are family and you get to know them like theyre part of your family as well! Their prices here cant be beat!!! Highly recommend this Salon over any in Tallahassee or the surrounding areas!!!

maybelline somoza Do not recommend for anyone with curly hair. Was told they did work on curly hair but that was clearly not the case. I went in for a simple haircut, just to even out my ends. Instead, I went home with extremely frizzy hair and the worst cut I’ve had in my life. There’s just no reason whatsoever for anyone to think that cutting already short curly hair into even shorter layers is a good idea. You do not cut curly hair into layers because it does not look good at all! Also, if the client doesn’t ask for bangs, don’t give it to them. Regardless of how long or short the bangs may be, just don’t do it. I’m stuck with three badly cut sections of hair. The bottom portion is way longer than the top, and I have these hideous unprofessional bangs in the front. When making the appointment, nobody told me it was an extra fee for them to actually wash your hair. I was expecting a professional haircut from this place but was utterly disappointed by the end results. My curly hair was combed through while dry and given the god awful haircut while my hair was still dry. And left with my hair looking worse than a lion’s mane! Absolute disgrace. Do not recommend for anybody with curly hair… AT ALL!
Ps I would have given it zero stars but that’s unfortunately not possible.

emily bishop Janith did such an amazing job on my hair! Its long and I have a lot of it. She cut and styled it to perfection. Couldnt ask for any better!
