Angela Jolee Floria If youre looking for a high end, fancy beauty salon this is not that kind of place. What matters most is that their hairstylists are definitely experienced and talented. Connies is a great place to go. I went there to get my hair colored, cut, washed and styled. I was so proud to show off the end results. This shop is a unisex beauty salon. The prices are very reasonable compared to competitors. Its located in Sebring, Florida.

Cassie Stercula I take my grandma here and they are wonderful! Lisa takes great care of her and knows exactly how my gram gets her hair cut, even if I havent taken her in 6 mths, she still remembers!

Dana Ceresia New to the area and just googled hair salons. Went to Short Cuts because lady who answered phone said she was good with curly hair. That was Madonna and she did a fantastic job!! She will cut my hair from now on.

shawn lange EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I called and asked how much a haircut would be and the lady on the phone told me the price and said they werent busy. So I drove all the way over there and walked in. There was only 2 ladys getting there hair done with Nobody else waiting. One of the ladies told me sorry but were to busy today. I didnt say anything, but I went to Verns Barber Headquarters just little ways away. Not only was it $5 cheaper, but theres No Way that she couldve cut my hair as good as what they did.

Jenale Alfonso Cruz Jenny is a wonderful aesthetician, with great personality. She leads you the correct way to want you need to make your skin bright and healthy. I have very sensitive skin and it was very difficult finding someone I can trust with my skin. Once I met Jenny my skin changed completely, every time I go to my appointments it has been a very relaxing environment, and she has taken really good care of me.

Karen Cordoba I had an opportunity to get a facial at this spa. It was my first time getting a full rejuvenation facial PRP. I was very happy with the results. My skin feels soft, and hydrated. The customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Jenny for guiding me and recommending products that I can use to continue on my beauty journey . I have already booked my next appointment. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Jennifer Wiggins I called for an appointment I was worried at first, No lie because I didnt see any pictures of Locs . Jennifer Exceeded my expectations of what I wanted and Locs was not even her specialty, Now she can add it to the list because she has me as a client from now on, and $$ was a great price. I dont know why people are traveling to Orlando and Lakeland .

Ive had my makeup done with other artists and I dont like caked on makeup especially with mature skin, its just emphasizes the fine lines. She did a great job and will be using her in the future.

Tara Burlingame Id like to start off by extending a big "thank you" to Sweet Southern Rain Salon and Spa. You have taught me a huge lesson! I had high hopes for this place since it had high reviews. Little did I realize that four of the 5 star reviews are quite possibly by the people who work there. Dont be fooled! I booked with a stylist here over the holidays. My regular stylists is located in Tampa and was booked out. I was excited that they could fit me in (which shouldve given me an idea what I was getting myself into). My first impression was good. I really liked the atmosphere of the place. It was warm and welcoming. I just needed a simple toning of my ends and root blending, figured it would be pretty simple. I was way wrong. The stylists made my hair darker! The complete opposite of what I had asked for. When I mentioned that it wasnt what I wanted, her answer was to wash it a few times and it will lighten up. If I still wasnt happy after these few washes, I was to text her and shed tone it out for me. I text her a week and a half later and she never even responded. I know what you are probably thinking and would like to debunk some possible stereotypes. Yes, I tipped her well over 20% even though I didnt like my hair. Also, Im no hairzilla. I have been changing the color of my hair for years so I know what to expect. My hair was already very light (almost icy) but also very yellow because of the cheap shampoo I was using while traveling (once again, my mistake for forgetting my violet shampoo and mask). My Tampa stylist was able to fix my hair and we inevitably laughed this one off, but I will never make this mistake again. The moral of the story is to do your research and if you have a good stylist, dont negate from him/her... even if it means having brassy holiday hair.

Jordan Garrison Jacqueline did an amazing job on my hair I went to her for suggestions on hair color. I truly feel her and her coworkers take pride in their work.

Carolina Bee THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! The beauty salon is very clean and it looks really beautiful. I had the pleasure of meeting Sami who gave me an amazing haircut. She listened to exactly what I needed and took her time cutting my hair and she recommended products based on my hair and scalp needs. She really does love her profession and it shows as she has a positive attitude and she was super pleasant to be around. If you are looking for a hairstylist with years of experience and that you can trust then she is definitely the best person to cut your hair. I highly recommend Sami!!!

Danielle Finneran To start off, I chose to come here because of all the wonderful reviews I saw on here. Well, they didnt prove true to me. The boss and young lady cutting my hair did not know how to cut layers into long hair. Half way through the cut, the stylst admitted she wasnt comfortable procceding and went to get her boss for help. Her boss quickly slid the scissors down the back of my hair and called it a day. Ive been having long layers cut into my hair for 10 years, never had it done like that- and for good reason. My hair came out VERY uneven and choppy, the layers did not even come close to flowing/blending. I was embarrassed to even have my hair down. 2 days later I went over to Vanity salon and a lovey girl there spent AN HOUR fixing my hair. She took her time and knew exactly what she was doing. Unfortunately i lost quite a bit of hair trying to even out the mess from shear vintage salon. But now, i can confidently wear my hair down again without feeling botched. I could even say, Vanity salon gave me the BEST flowing/effortless layers ive had in years. In conclusion, if you have long hair and want layers, look somewhere else to have it done.

I got a dermaplaning facial and had such a good experience that I went back a few weeks later for another service. I saw results immediately that lasted well into the month. Yaritza Serrano @Bridgette Diane sorry you had to post negative comments first foremost the way to correct your one eye brow to match the other one is by not touching them and letting them GROW IN so they can be repairable this is what happens when your brow hop from place to place. Your brows look uneven so no make up ,no tint no wax no micro made will help you need to let them grow a for about two months and yes that means you will walk around looking a mess for a little bit so someone can fix. I won’t recommend my girl to fix them after all the complaining you just did ,notice the feed on her reviews all positive your negative is the only one the stood out so yes you was being petty. You should have spoke up about your brows before walking out that door going home showering getting ready and going out for the night how you wait 48 hours to complain sorry that’s not how a business works. Just because your brow technician does it one way doesn’t mean that’s how all brow technician do it. So please girl get some castor oil rub it on your brows stop waxing them and let them grow in so they can look even and pretty ….. Everyone else looking to get Slayed please book with my girl she is BOMB . Don’t let this girl and her uneven eyebrows distract you from getting slayed.

Bridgette Diane I’m not usually one to complain or post negative reviews, but I went to see Aubree to get my eyebrows tinted because a friend recommended her to me. I’m not sure what went wrong, but my eyebrows were completely uneven and over waxed on one side. I reached out to Aubree to let her know and she made up excuses and insisted that she followed protocol, which is not true because she waxed my brows while the tint was still processing. After speaking to other estheticians this is definitely not protocol. When I asked for my money back since I had to go get my eyebrows laminated to fix her mistake she didn’t even take the time to respond.

Mary King Mercedes has done an excellent with my hair. Her experience and passion is evident. I also went to her for my first ever facial and it was amazing. I was relaxed and glowing at the end. I appreciate her expertise!

Christina Dohmann Mercedes has a way with a pair of scissors, foil and a paint brush. I’d been doing boxed dye for years and she was able to extract the old color and deposit new without damaging my hair. Every time I see her, I walk out feeling like a model. It’s a rarity to find someone that can turn my “can you do this?” into “Omg, you nailed it!” Even when I’ve given her creative freedom she never lets me down. I’ve had nothing but compliments since. Thank you so much for being my fairy god mother, girl!

Terry Rudasill Mercedes is multi-talented and a great listener. She hears what you want and also shares her professional opinion. I am always very happy with the results. She has been taking care of my hair (and my husband’s) for a couple of years and now I am thrilled to be able to go to her for facials and skincare - a total treat! I highly recommend her!

Fontaine Lewis I was very pleased with her service. She is a gem among hairdressers in Sebring, FL. She was very polite, patient and caring. She did an excellent job with shampooing, conditioning and detangling my 4c hair. My hair felt revived, moist and soft post washing. Afterwards she then dried and trimmed my hair then did my extensions. My extensions were laid flat and turned out wonderful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested recieving great haircare.
