Amanda Pendleton Dr Medina and her staff are wonderful. Carolyn at the front desk is very professional and always on top of things. She helped me when my company’s dental insurance changed to look up my new policy. Even though they weren’t in network, Carolyn was able to help show me the cost difference was minimal at best. Juliann is a phenomenal hygienist. Not only is she gentle, but she makes you feel like you’ve known her your whole life. She’s very warm and inviting. Dr Medina is very thorough when she examines your mouth and is gentle when you need work done. They are so great, which is why I didn’t want to have to find a new office when my insurance changed. I highly recommend them if you are in search of a new dentist!

Dr. Fernandez was kind, thorough, and most importantly very knowledgeable and skilled. She explained exactly what was going to happen ahead of time and was reassuring during the process. I highly recommend her. And the staff is exceptional also. The assistant during the procedure was quite engaging and yet very professional. The front desk was also very welcoming, engaging and professional. Great organization!

Mary McHugh Dr Yvette Fernandez is fantastic! I am a snowbird, so not a regular patient, but when I explained my problem( a loose central crown), the staff quickly fit me in. It turned out to be a tricky repair because of a previous implant. Dr Fernandez tracked down the needed information on my implant type and size. Two previous dentists had not done that. I am so delighted. The staff are all friendly, yet professional. Highly recommend.

Rita Y I started going to this place because she was close. But what a joke my dentures were made wrong so I had to go somewhere else and have new ones made. I dont understand how this dentist can charge what she charges and then when I go about my dentures they wanna charge me for their mistakes. I have spent over 22k here and Im about ready to seek legal advice to have my money returned for my top dentures that were made wrong. Also this dentist charged me for X-rays for me going in for a cleaning after she did all the work she did why would I need X-rays every three months I only have but 7 real teeth on my bottom to hold my partial in. Dont not go here unless you want to spend tons of money.

Mike Mowe if you are a skittish type person with the thoughts of going to the Dentist this is your place to be they all are absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Donna and her assistants are the greatest and the ambiance of the building is so relaxing you wont hardly know a thing is being done . Im 71 years old and this is by far not my first dentist Ive been to but NOW this is the only one for me Im completely satisfied with my Surgery(Painless) and complete set of new Dentures . I finally found Dr Farag through a friend where I’m now receiving dental care service since September 2022. I’m so impressed with Dr Farag and his dental assistant, Christie with the quality of care and education given to me and my husband. I had many problems with my teeth. I had two dental implants and bridge work . Dr Farag and his dental assistant , Christie, were very professional and did an amazing work on both procedures that looks like natural teeth. Patrick McLarney An old crown came off, and I wanted to have it recemented. The dentist gave me an emergency appointment and went over the expectations with recementing compared to replacing it. It was fast and affordable. Everybody worked well together. Nothing I saw was a cause for concern, and I didnt see any instances of the negative reviews that I read. Ill update this if things change. Right now, I feel lucky that the crown came off. Finding excellent dental care is worth the inconvenience and cost. The previous dentist wouldnt even discuss recementing the crown. I like this new dentist and office staff, and its easily worth an extra hour in the car.

Oogis Boogis I had gone through trauma and damaged some teeth resulting in needing a tooth extraction. I went to Port Charlotte dental office to have this done and what a horrible mistake that was!! I was told I would be sedated and it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours for my procedure to be completed. I was given 2 tablets they said were called “twilight…” and left in a dark room with soothing music so I could let the effects of the sedative take hold. After some time I did fall asleep, but when the dentist and his assistant came in I was instantly awake and had no time to say anything before he started stabbing me with the needle to supposedly numb my mouth with novocaine. He started extracting my infected molar before the novocain could even kick in!! I screamed for him to stop and told him I was feeling severe pain to stop, he told me to be quiet and stop screaming!!!!!! I tried to stop him and he had his assistant hold my hands down!!! I continued screaming to get him to stop and he repeatedly yelled at me to stop screaming!! I have never been treated so badly by what I thought was a medical professional in my life!! When he finally removed my molar he dropped it in my lap and said there’s your tooth! Then he walked out. I was escorted out of the office by his assistant and met by my son who helped me get in the car. I am completely traumatized by the poor treatment and extreme pain that I was put through in that office!!! He should never be allowed to touch another person and in my opinion should have his license revoked!

Jeff Grim Received dental work done in my mouth, 3 teeth removed, and a flapper put in 4 weeks ago. I have been back to the office 3 times due to pain in only 1 of the areas, and the other 2 areas have healed. The flapper kept falling out, so I went back. He redid it the next day, and I went back because it was still falling out. 3RD Time, he told me he wasnt working on it any longer and to use denture glue. I called back to have to get in again today, and no one called me back and waited 3 hours. I was working in the rain all day, so my wife called back for me. The owner response to her was why she was calling them for me. Im an adult. He said you dont need to call him; he is an adult; he can call them and then proceed to hang up on her. I called back furios the way he talked to my wife. He told me never to come back there. The procedure did not fix my problem and refused to see me back in their office. I have to go to another dental office to not only redo the work but fix what they did. Another office laughed at the work they did in my mouth and said I should never have paid for it. So I went to get another opinion and they said the same thing. The owner is a male shovanist pig who treats women like trash and bullies them. I told him I was coming to his office right away. he said if I showed up, he would call the cops. No threats were made in any way towards him or his office. Im furious right now.

Joel Ward I had a very negative experience with Dr. Martin. In my initial "new patient" exam, he recommended that I have two crowns replaced as some decay was present. I scheduled the work and had it completed. After he fitted the first crown, I noticed that my bite was "off." My teeth were not hitting each other they way they were before the crown was fitted. I returned to have the problem addressed, and he ground down the surface of the new crown. It didnt seem to help. After looking carefully at my bite in a mirror, it seemed to me that the problem was with the two teeth in front of the new crown. This suggested to me that the new crown was made too short. Dr. Martin ground down one of the forward teeth, and that solved the problem. He still did not agree that the crown had been made too short. In spite of this difficulty, I went ahead with the second crown. After fitting, the same thing happened again. Moreover, the change in my "bite" was aggravating a previous TMJ problem. At this point, I decided that Dr. Martin just wasnt going to be able to solve this problem. I found a TMJ specialist in Ft. Myers and am now undergoing splint therapy to address the pain associated with the TMJ disorder. Im not an expert, but it seems to me that Dr. Martin failed to properly create and fit these crowns. Otherwise, let me say that he seems like a nice guy and seems to have done a good job filling a cavity. His staff was really good and, in fact, the temporary crown which was fitted by his hygienist didnt cause any problems at all. But I would not recommend having Dr. Martin do a crown.

If your looking for a thorough dentist that is caring and has excellent clinical knowledge, look no further. The staff is also very caring. Punta Gorda should be so grateful that we have this gem!

Hose Dragger On my families trip to Florida, my son had the bracket on his braces come off. Even though we were from Canada and had never been a patient there before....the Dr made an emergency appointment for my son and fixed his braces immediately. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism displayed by them. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone based on their courtesy.

He carefully and slowly explained our dental situation to us in a caring and courteous manner. He was also very sensitive to making our dental experiences as painless as possible. Finally, other dentists have verified the excellent work done by Dr. Rand when they have examined our teeth. He has taken over Dr. Joffes practice where I have been going for years. I was worried, but decided to give him a try before searching for a new dentist. I am glad I did. I needed advice on a procedure that was recommended by my periodontist. Dr. Gesicki sat with me for a very long time and assured me that this was the right direction for me, and also made further recommendations. He gave me confidence and courage. Smart Shopperz Recently Dr Hanson sold his practice to Richard Klein. My family and me have been patients of Dr Hanson for over 30yrs. He always had friendly staff and acceptable pricing. Now there is all new staff, which is very unfriendly and rude! The front desk girl wants to argue and not listen. The prices have substantially gone up. I have no problem taking my family of five somewhere else. I wouldn’t waste my time at this place!

Mark Anderson My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hanson for many years. He’s ALWAYS professional and gentle. His workmanship is first class. In addition, he does not recommend work that is not necessary (which is not the case with another local dentist we had seen before finding Dr. Hanson).

Jocelyn Riddell Rincones I can only share my experience so far. I havent had dental insurance for quite some time, and my pregnancy (eight years ago) did a huge number on my teeth. Fear from the last dentist who worked on my teeth kept me from getting ANYTHING taken care of, until it became unbearable. I was embarrassed to have anyone see my mouth, and terrified at the same time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about EVERYONE in this office. Nobody made me feel bad, or ashamed. And they did everything they could to make sure I was calm and comfortable. I had three wisdom teeth surgically removed on Thursday, amd still have work left to be done.
