Christina Pilet Ive been trying to hear back from this brand for over 3 weeks now
Dear Crystal Williams,
I hope this message finds you well. It’s unfortunate that my attempts to communicate with you regarding our paid contract for content via social cat have gone unanswered, and I recently discovered that I’ve been blocked on social media. This is deeply disappointing, especially as I’ve approached this situation with professionalism and patience.
I want to be clear that if I don’t receive a resolution by Monday, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sharing my experience with other creators who have come forward about similar concerns regarding your customer service practices.
If financial constraints are the reason for this issue, I believe humility and honesty would go a long way. However, if that’s not the case, I respectfully urge you to honor our agreement to avoid further action. It’s disheartening to see such behavior, particularly from a Black-owned business, as it perpetuates negative stereotypes that so many of us work hard to overcome.
I’ll take this as a lesson learned to research businesses more thoroughly before entering into agreements, but I’m hopeful you’ll take this opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. Please let me know how you plan to proceed.
