Chelsea Oppenheim Im obsessed with Clae Nail Studio! The atmosphere is amazing - champagne, great music, and a beautiful space. But what really sets them apart is the talent. Joha is a total genius when it comes to nails - shes like the Picasso of nail techs! My nails have never looked better. Highly recommend!

Hilary K Phenomenal manicure! This is literally the best my nails have ever looked. I added on the seaweed gel. Highly recommend getting your nails done here. Very clean, fun environment and the staff are experts and great to chat with!

Chelsea Linde I’ve been going to Hyde Park Nail and Beauty Bar since they first opened, and I’ve been a loyal customer for almost three years now. I recommend them to everyone because I always have a great experience. Ricky, the owner, has created a clean, professional, and welcoming environment (and the country music is a fun bonus!). Before finding this salon, I used to dread nail appointments because of the time commitment and inconsistent quality. Now, I actually look forward to it! Lihn and Hailey are my go-to for manicure designs, and everyone I’ve referred has shared positive feedback. It’s a place where I can truly relax, enjoy my time, and I walk out with great nails every time, without it taking up half my day. Hands down, the best nail salon in Tampa!

Emily Pellegrino I got my nails done a few days ago and did gel french. I called the owner beforehand to say I was running a bit late when my appt was at 5:30pm (I knew they closed at 6:30 so was trying to be mindful of their time) and asked him if I should just come the next day but the owner said it was still fine to come. I got there at 5:45. The lady that did my nails was very sweet. In the middle of my nails, I overheard a comment by one of her friends looking at my nails and telling her 30 more minutes while she was doing my nails (insinuating she’d have to stay past closing time of 6:30). The woman that did my nails finished right at 6:30. My thumb chipped a few days after getting them done. I went back yesterday since I wanted them to look nice for a wedding I’m going to and they fixed it. But a today I saw that each nail is starting to chip slightly at the edge. I’ve never had this problem with gel before, this is disappointing. I will say my nails were a bit thin since I had dip removal that was improperly removed by another salon. However, the lady that did my nails should’ve treated them properly before applying the gel. I will not be returning.

Suzy Rose From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly banter and even more friendly faces. They strive to remember your name. The owners,Tuan and Sean, and Helen, the artist who did my nails, are fabulous. I will definitely be back as I am making this my home for beautiful nails. Pictures just do not do my nails justice. They are even more beautiful in person. Update: just had a pedi done by the amazing Helen and it was absolutely the best pedi I’ve ever received. The chairs are even great. I can’t believe my luck in finding this gem. Do yourselves a favor and book an appointment!

Erika Lawrence I have had such good experiences at Gandy Nail Bar. Brief overview- they are thorough but efficient, very talented, show immense amounts of care, and extremely friendly. Ive been twice recently and would like to talk about both. First, I went to fix a really bad job from another salon. I was out of town and needed it done but wish I had just waited to go to Gandy Nail Bar! I asked if she wanted to do a new set or use the existing one/clean it up and she looked at my nails thoroughly before advising they had the same acrylic powder to match the color. Thoughtfully didn’t want to ruin my nails with a new set, instead work with what she had. She helped clean up my cuticles and under my nails (there was so much acrylic gunk from my last nail appt that she cleaned up). I asked her to shorten the nails drastically and she checked with me multiple times to be sure I was happy with the length. She put on the new acrylic so clean and smooth but FAST. She filed the cuticles and under my nails down so it was so clean and natural looking. When filing, she looked at the nails from multiple angles to be sure they were shaped well and evenly. She moved her light around to see it perfectly but I can’t stress enough that she was still so quick! I showed her a design and she cheerfully got excited saying it’s different than what she usually does. Made me feel special :) She showed me the nails multiple times while painting to be sure I liked them. I’m not surprised by the amazing customer care here but always impressed and incredibly happy. The second time I want to talk about was for my birthday. With how busy they were I noticed that they were still thoughtful in keeping me updated on timing and when they would be ready for me. Still a quick wait despite how busy they were. I got metallic nails and of course he was clean yet efficient, but in doing the metallic part he took his time and actually consulted his brother to be sure they liked the design! Again, amazing customer service, thoughtful and friendly people who do their job so well! I’ve attached pics of my nails from both times!

Sofia Stack May is absolutely the best. She’s a perfectionist and she is so efficient. I love this nail spa. It’s so relaxing and calm. It makes the entire experience feel very pampered. I love my nails and toes done here. It’s the only place I go in South Tampa, so consistent and so clean.

They always make sure you’re well taken care of and always deliver the best results. I came in yesterday as a walk-in and Yaumara was able to fit me in for a pedicure. She did such an amazing job and made my feet look beautiful again!!! I wanted to get a new full set done on my nails as well and she was able to book me for a later time that same day. She asked me before hand what I wanted done on my nails and was able to recreate it perfectly! I have never had my nails done so beautifully in my life!! She did such an amazing job!!! Growley Was a walk in on a random Thursday night, owner (Yessy) was so nice over the phone and in person. Right away everyone was welcoming and so nice. They had a movie playing and I felt right at home. So glad I was able to find a Latina owned salon right near me with the best vibes and not to mention, my nails came out beautiful. Kristin Holder Absolute GEM! Im so happy this downtown location finally opened. As soon as I saw the announcement on Paints site I was so excited!! Lucky for me I ALSO found an amazing nail technician! I came to Darcy with a fun, but challenging design for my first set of Gel-X and she SLAYED it. It was Santorini on my nails!! The second set I found a fun curvy design and she killed it again. Perfect color match and the gel is absolutely seamless. My nails are perfectly shaped!! If you want incredible nail art ask for Darcy! Shes got a great eye. This paint is also conveniently located next to a coffee shop so whether its mimosas or a latte you can have both. They also have lots of cute things to buy neatly tucked away or on a display table. Not so in-your-face like other locations.

Barbara Velazquez The place is beautiful. The service is amazing and the products they use are non toxic. The salon also has a really cute boutique with clothes, jewelry and nail products. The location is perfect for a meal/cocktail/tea/coffee before or after your service, being that it is right next to Oxford Exchange.

Montora Olivia This is hands down the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff are warm, friendly, and provided the exceptional service, not to mention the layout of the salon itself is so cozy and well done. I got a simple gel manicure and was sooo happy with the results. Pictures don’t do justice (unless you’re a hand model), but I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and curated nail experience.

SanCar Webb Pure Nail Bar & Spa has done it again! I am so happy. This month I decided to change the shape of my nails for a whole new, fresh look for Spring . BJ wowed me by shaping my natural nails to perfection. I choice a peachy color heading into Spring and Easter. Of course I had to find a complement for my toes and JoJo gave me a heavenly Collagen Pedicure. I love this spa so much. Everyone is so sweet, kind and upbeat! Angela Moore I always have great nail sessions at Pure Nail Bar. I love the gel color inventory, as well as the amazing customer service. Hannah is my FAVORITE nail tech. Shes a sweetheart and friendly. Today she has someone assist in getting me out the door by 12:15pm she abs her male coworker (I dont remember his name) made that happen! I was driving to the light at 12:15pm. Perfect place for some me time and pampering! I wholeheartedly recommend! They got my nails right for my SNKR Ball this weekend!

Vidith Girard I’ve had better experiences there. Not the best but it’s convenient because it’s so close to my house. I can go during my kids nap time. My nail tech went super thin on the coats of polish and my nails were dull and it was just a sloppy job. Uneven coats. I asked to get it fixed and said I’d pay for it to be corrected. They sent me back to the same tech instead of giving me someone else to fix it. I was so annoyed I just paid & tipped, but plan to find a better spot to go to. Not even a full week later the polish started chipping.

Lorena Olivar It took almost 2 hours to Jade to do a normal acrylic filling. I had to tell her the entire time to fix different nails because she did them very sloppy and she kept putting her finger in my gel that needed to be cured with her finger covered in dust from the nail filling. I asked her not to do that and she said it was fine: No, it wasn’t fine because I know that’s not what you should do. There’s something called orange stick to clean the excess of gel/polish. I’m very UNHAPPY with this job because I used 29 credits from ClassPass which is a lot plus $10 tip (even tho I don’t think she deserved) she was nice to me but her job needs to improve or find someone else to cover her position. We supposed to be relaxed and happy when we go to get self care done and don’t being stressed about it. Btw also a couple of my nails are chipping already! I truly hate my nails!!!

Regina S I just tried South Tampa Nails for the first time and I’m so happy with my experience. It wasn’t crowded and got service right away. Cindy did my pedicure. She was so sweet and caring. I had another lady do my manicure, she also did a good job. Cindy sat with me and talked during my manicure, which I found very nice. I will definitely back. Aliyah Ivery So I’m new to Tampa and I’ve been looking for a nail tech for the last two years and literally had the worst trouble going from salon to salon trying to figure out who would be best for me. I ended up coming across Kay Finesse nail salon on Facebook I knew that I had to give it a try. When I walked into the shop, I instantly knew that my tech was gonna do what she had to do And that’s exactly what she did. My service was booked for a soak off from a previous salon that I went to, and I got a full set Valentine’s Day freestyle from Stinaa (@beautybystinaa_xo). I’m literally so in love with my nails I knew as I watched every step that she did she was gonna do them perfectly. For starters, she clipped my cuticles when no other salon that I’ve ever been to has done that without paying for a manicure first. So I was so happy about that. Without knowing my nail style preference, she literally did everything that I love from the pink and white ombre to the crystallized heart on my middle and ring finger. Towards the end of my service, she was juggling between me and another client that she had coming in after me and I just thought that was a really good work ethic for you to be able to juggle two clients at one time and still satisfy the one that you’re finishing up with. Everyone in the shop was very intrigued with my nails just as I was. The time that it took was worth it, as well as the price. I’m a really shy person so I feel like I didn’t get to express how much I loved my nails in person But please know if you see this review that I love them I give you 10000/10!! You definitely just gained a new client so I will be back. I appreciate you for your time and service today.

I’ve been coming here for about two years and I can honestly say every time I get the best service from the owner to all the ladies in the shop! But okay enough holding out Yolanda is my nail tech && she is literally heaven sent. Has attention to minor details and just the sweetest ! 20 out of 10 recommend but please don’t be booking my appointment time lol
