Cassandra Voss Needed to find a nail salon. This place was close to my Pilates studio. Upon first walking in they were very friendly and welcoming. Booked a manicure first, they did such a good job, I booked a pedicure for the next day!

Cheri Juergens Workers were very nice and respectful. Great customer service. Great job on trimming,shaping and polishing my toe nails. They spent a lot of time on my feet. Still look great 3 weeks later. My daughter also had a full set done. They were pretty. I cant find a place that can help me with my dry heels

Kaela Segebart This was my first time going here and I set up appointment with hanna she was amazing. She did an absolute wonderful job. I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set pink and white. Definitely will be going back to see her again. The price was very reasonable and I will pay that anytime for the great job she did on my nails and pedicure.

Theresa Divico My sister and I went here to get pedicures and Quinn did an excellent job. She is a very kind woman and we really enjoyed talking with her. She gives a wonderful foot and leg massage. We were both very pleased. Give Quinn a call and let her pamper you too!

Baby Tee The experience was great . I called and booked an appointment 15mins before I went. They were welcoming, and the service was great. I got a chair back massage, and the settings were nice,clean, and welcome organizers. I would recommend every one anyone .

Jessica Brown Stopped in Thursday for an appointment with Alba at 1230. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the salon. Alba was right on time. Very friendly and skilled nail tech. I showed her the Inspo pic and she nailed it! She ensured I was happy with the service I received from the shape of my nails to the design. I would highly recommend and will be back for my fill. Price was reasonable and well worth the money spent. The salon provides many different services from nails and pedicures, facial and body waxing, various hair services and more.

Ashley Helms These nails were done Saturday 4/30. I chose this place because of the awesome pictures and reviews. I made an appointment days ahead. First impression I should have left but I realize some places are short staffed however appointments shouldn’t be made if there are not enough people scheduled... I waited for an hour and 15 mins with my feet soaking before 2 other employees showed up and I even got someone to my chair. I was there for 3 hours (11-2) (Appointment at 11 and showed up at about 10:50) and this is what I left with. Maybe I got the wrong person as all she did was complain about her tooth so maybe it was a bad day? Either way this is not acceptable. Yes before they respond to this review..I did still tip because I used to do hair and I respect their time. Did I say I didn’t like them? No because - 1 I had already been there for 3 hours and 2- looking at this would you trust your time to get them fixed at the same place? I have never ever written a google review but I just want to warn everyone to make sure they ask for the right person.. I think the one who did mine was Rana.. that’s what she put on this stamp card she gave me.

Angela Brothers This is my 4th time coming to Royal Nails and always have a great experience! Very nice ladies. This time I made an appointment for myself and 4 of my friends and they accommodated all 5 of us to get a pedicure at one time. We enjoyed a mimosa on the house while getting an awesome pedicure with hot wax and hot stones as a nice extra touch!

Madison I have come here many times and they always leave my nails absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This particular set was done by Mimi and is exactly what I asked for. You can see that she made my nails look exactly like the photo and in my opinion even better. I 100% recommend everyone to come and get there nails done here for a beautiful finish.

britt c first time coming here i had an amazing experience! diane did absolutely amazing on my birthday nails, she paid such close attention to detail, and had great conversation. the only downside is not even a day after having them done the top coat is already peeling off, i also have tiny micro tears all over my fingers from the filing tools. aside from those things i definitely recommend.

Z P I went in yesterday and while Jenna executed what I wanted, my experience felt rushed and some of my nails have “bumps” or “bubbles” in them like something is underneath the polish. I appreciate them getting me in when they did, I just wish that my experience was more personable and did not feel rushed. Jenna stayed on her phone almost the entire time and probably said all of 5 words to me the entire visit. Three stars given because the place was clean and the selection of gel polish was great. Deducting the 2 stars just due to the issues I listed above.

Victoria Booth Terrible service and they do a very fast job which in the end looks like a mess. I spoke to the manager/owner and requested for them to fix it but they don’t communicate effectively or promptly. When I voiced my concern on the phone with Samantha, she became very condescending about not responding for days or me having to send multiple messages just to get a response back, she said “do you think I’m going to stop to message you while I’m with other clients? no” which I obviously didn’t say I wanted her to do that exactly but to not get back to your client who have concerns about their services, I’d think you’d make time to help them. I was offered 50% back instead of a full refund due to me not having the time to go back at their convenience. I requested to go back at a certain day and time but due to their lack of communication, I was unable too because they responded very late to me and expected me to work around their time. DONT come here. Not worth it. AT ALL.

Madelyn Allen I’ve been twice and had two different people do my nails and I was very satisfied with both! The salon is so cute and comfortable and everyone is so nice. Jenna usually does my nails and she’s amazing. JJ did my most recent pedicure and it was amazing. He really took his time on the massage which is my favorite part and my French tips look so good!

Danielle Loofbourrow Amanda the nail tech did such a great job on my pedicure and was very personable. The décor inside is so cute and they have many different pricing options for what you want. I would say its very affordable compared to some other places. Highly recommend!

Jami Lewis From the time you walk in it was an incredible experience. Ms Kim greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and our technicians Kim and Tammy both were excellent at their craft. Our nails and skin looked and felt amazing. This will definitely be our new spot when near PC.

shanda brown They are really sweet and helpful, but I’ve gotten athletes foot twice after getting a pedicure there. The first time I wasnt sure but the second time the timing lined up again. This isn’t to bash anyone but just maybe help with some of the cleaning and sterilization practices. Other than that I’ve always had a great experience here.

Donna Severin I am not local and really needed my nails “repaired” after a month at the beach. Although I had loved my previous manicure and nails from home, I expected to only get them cleaned up and painted light pink here. Nancy did a fantastic job making the “repair” look just as good as the old nails I had walked in with - light pink with white tips and sparkles. She is an artist and did a beautiful job. The vibe is relaxing and Nancy was extremely pleasant and kind. HIGHLY recommended!

L P Maggie does a great job! She got me all ready for Thanksgiving and then Christmas parties. The whole staff is wonderful and very thorough. Tee and Phil have also done great for me and my family. Especially for my daughters wedding. I went to a couple of places before I found this salon, Ill never go anywhere else!

Carson Hight Mia is without a doubt the best and most talented nail technician and artist in PCB! After moving here from GA it took me 3 years to find a nail person that I love! She is sweet and incredibly talented! I absolutely love this nail salon and highly recommend it and all of the nail technicians!!!!!♥️♥️

Christa Lodico We found this place by accident when The spy next door canceled our reservation. They turned our disappointing spa day, into an amazing girls day out. They did such a great job on our manicures and pedicures that I wish they were closer to her home. They were kind and friendly taking very good care of us. The place was as cute as he could be with several thousand options for paint colors. They offered multiple services and the prices were very good. We will definitely visit here every time we come. We used to get our pedicures and manicures before we came but love this place so much we will wait and do it when we get there as a personal treat. Sherese Graham They are absolutely nice at this place but I was not satisfied with my results. My nails were just not neatly done the next day I literally was picking up some towels and my nails broke on my right hand I went back the next day to fix them and as I got to work the left hand middle finger broke and I literally had to reshape my nails myself shown in the last picture. Im just really disappointed with what I got Ive never done my nails before anywhere and felt so unsatisfied

Ms Matilda von devaur Went there to get pedicures and a fill. The Lady that helped me Told me that I needed a full set because my nails were in bad shape. She started to pill off my old nails damaging my real nail bed. It was very painful and my nails were hurting the whole next day. At the end of the process I ended up with UGLY nails and multiple cuts , because she was too busy looking around than doing her job. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Safe your money and nails!

Liam Wilson Horrible horrible I spent days looking at reviews and saw so many people saying bad service and still came here the lady did my pedicure was new from Cuba she didnt know what she doing i selected the most expensive package they offer and was finish i lesss than 20 min the lady didnt do half the things on the list. A few employees was arguing and debating on me still paying for unfinished service however the owner said its ok. I also had my daughter done a pedicure but I choose a cheaper package for 25 I just paid that with hers. The polish job is horrible posting photos but because of the whole drama we endure I just let it stay but never again do not come here do not. I posted my foot she was about to polish vip package choosen I left without polish will else where

I had the pleasure of having Tina work on my vibrant orange nails, while my mom opted for a classic Natural French manicure with Lee. Both nail techs were exceptional! Tina truly transformed the shape of my nails, which were in rough shape before my visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient with my indecisiveness, and made my vision come to life—no small feat! The atmosphere was welcoming, and both Tina and Lee were warm and friendly, making our experience nothing short of delightful. I can’t recommend Lee Nails Spa enough, whether you’re a local or just visiting. We’ll definitely be back for more 10/10 experiences!

Rileyyy 666 i went there because the last salon i went to did me dirty on my nails. i was skeptical about this place at first but they did such an amazing job and they’re so polite here. they have good vibes and they will make sure you leave with pretty nails. 10/10 recommend and will for sure be going back there.

I bring her all kinds of designs to try (gel polish on acrylic) all shapes are on point. Thanks to her my nails always looks great, and get me tons of compliments. Geneva Lewter Tips and Toes is my absolute favorite nail salon in the PCB area. Serena has done a fantastic job on my pedicures she’s gentle with the tools but gives a great massage, I feel refreshed. I swear by Lily for my full sets, her art work is top tier and I always feel like the quality is amazing.

KIMBERLY FREED Do not go to this salon. I went in with my husband for 2 pedicuresand a dip. Asked the owner how long it would be. 30 minutes later they did my husbands pedicure while I sat with foil on my nails for almost an hour. My husband got finished while I was still sitting there. So I said just take this dip off and Ill go somewhere else. The woman that was finished with my husband then rudely and hastily came over and finally took off my dip then charged me 10 dollars to remove them. She left glitter all over my hands. Also while I was there the owner was berating an employee in her language. She was very unprofessional. K. Freed

Marcia Fernandes My new salon! Since May, I have tried a few salons mostly with mediocre results. Today I tried U. S. Nails. Looking around one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was. That is always a plus when having something like this done. I was taken quickly for being a walk in. Chad was my technician. I showed him the picture I wanted and told him the color scheme and he said no problem. He started the process and was super gentle and took his time to make sure he didn’t hit the skin. Once he was done with the initial old polish removal, he realized how poor of a job the last salon did. He said he didn’t want to talk bad about another tech and I told him don’t worry about it, I know how bad they were. He fixed their work and went to work on the new nails. He was very precise with what I asked for. Over all I am SO pleased. Will definitely be back.

Brittany Moore The people here were super nice, but the quality of service that I received is despicable less than eight hours later the paint on my toe is chipping. It is a gel nail polish, which are supposed to last much longer than eight hours. The paint on my thumb was not even completed. My nail art is horrible, they are different links and the colors that I asked for are not matching. I have a black and silver glitter paint on my finger when I asked for a solid black glitter I’m not a super confrontational person so I did not say anything while in the store because I cannot handle competition, it gives me , actual panic attacks but I shouldn’t have to say anything for my nails to be done correctly. I paid $120 for both my nails and my toes absolutely insane that they’re not done correctly And already chipping.

Sycosoulreaver Had a very long day cutting hair. Needed some pampering. It was a Friday night, they got me right in and 30.00 for a pedicure not to shabby. Great customer service, not to mention the shop is beautiful inside. Was able to just relax and use the massage chair after the pedicure. It was just what I needed and this may be my new pedicure place. Even though I only go a few times a year. Still coming here 3 years later. Occasionally getting nails done. Today was a hit! Kylar Simpson My friend took me here last minute the day before my wedding to do my nails. Rose helped us find the most perfect color, and did so amazing on my acrylics. Then this beautiful woman got down on her knees beneath the manicure table and insisted she had to paint my toes, despite my feet being dusty and crusty from wearing flip flops all day, she sprayed and wiped them clean and did a quick coat on my toe nails to match my fingers. Forever will be a new tradition to come here for my nails whenever Im back in town, I loved the way it felt like I had been welcomed into their home not just their shop.

Vanessa Casanova Theres nothing like paying 50 dollars for a set of nails that break in half and chip within 3 days, after youve planned a vacation out of state. The acrylic is applied paper thin. Not to forget the damage done to my cuticles, the excess acrylic on to my skin and the excess gel that Ive been having to pull off.. Extremely dissapointed.
