Jenifer Trett I have been getting my hair done by Mandy for over 14 years now. She just amazing. Her attention to detail and the chemistry knowledge behind good dimensional color sets her high above the rest. Even the 7 years I lived in Tennessee, I would travel down just to get my hair done. When you are in her studio you feel like you are home. Mandy is so easy to talk to and really listens. Its like having a hair stylist and therapist all in one! She has completive prices and you leave happy every single time.

Melissa Grizzel Mandy is the best hair stylist and color specialist I have ever been to ! She does amazing work !! I get so many compliments on my hair. I went to several other places prior to finding Mandy but they just did what they wanted , not what I wanted ! I have Been going to Mandy for 14 years now and I couldn’t be happier.

I have been getting my hair done by Nicole for the past 7 years and have followed her through all her past salons. She is great at giving me my natural blonde highlights that I always ask for!! She is always so great at giving me the best hair cut and spends time making sure my hair is in its best shape!! I am so happy she decided to open her own salon.

Shaina Payne My only complaint about this salon is that I wish I would’ve found them sooner! Brittany is incredibly skilled at what she does. She builds relationships every time someone sits in her chair- I’ve seen it while waiting for her magic to touch my hair. She is knowledgeable in her craft and through her relationships, builds trust so her client knows that any advice she gives is for the benefit of the client. The studio is classy, modern, and welcoming. It’s nice to be able to make a Nespresso and have some me time over a cup of coffee while being pampered with high class service. You know that saying “You get what you pay for?” With the ladies at X2, you get way more than you pay for: luxury treatment by professionals who stand behind their products and services 100%.

Karen Tavarez Brittany at X2 is hands down the most talented and caring hair guru you will find! She has the talent and cutting edge products and methods that you would find only in big city salons with the caring careful nature of our small town. She takes as much time as she needs and never rushes double books or cuts corners. She cares about ongoing education and is always mentioning new classes and workshops she is excited to attend. Brittany is an expert with blondes as well as various extension methods. Ive never felt more confident that I will achieve the color and look I want while maintaining or improving the integrity of my hair than I do with Brittany!

Emily Buckner Being new to the area and coming from a bigger city with high expectations of salon and spa treatments I was nervous to try some place new. The moment I spoke with Jamie the owner my worries were at ease with her amount of one on one attention that she gave to my request. She hooked me up with the best massage services at her salon and it was by far the best I’ve ever had. She then made me an appointment with Lindsy for a dermaplane facial. Made my face feel 5 years younger! She listened to my skin concerns and was very knowledgeable about what I needed. Not to mention prices are great! I am glad to have found such a great hidden treasure.

Kathy Androski I had a facial with Lindsey, and it was a fantastic experience. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is kind! I am already looking forward to my next one with Lindsey! The atmosphere at Southern Grace made you want to stay and hang out a while. It is beautifully decorated and warm and inviting.

Carol Kaier Aspire Salon is a beautiful, clean salon with absolutely lovely people working there. I had my hair cut and styled by Courtney about three weeks ago while my family was out of town. The response was overwhelming in that they all said it was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I definitely agree!

Nana28 Morgan is the best! Gives a good range of options for every look. My granddaughter and I both go to her. Her salon is spotless, intimate, no distractions very client focused. Roy Perez Rachael at Elegant Beauty Salon and Spa -> did an incredible job when it came to my manicure!! She did an amazing service and the atmosphere was outstanding! I would not recommend any other business in Inverness. Elegant Beauty Salon and Spa is the place to go! Its a family friendly environment and definitely professional. Rachael did a mans manicure for me with some nail art on both my index fingers. I am happy to say that I was highly satisfied with the outcome. 10/10 rating!!!

Charlene Heller I told Mandy I wanted to wear a messy bun updo. Light Brown color with highlights to lighten the color even more. I also asked her to trim my sideburn and the little bit of hair that hangs down in the back of your neck. Well I walked out with chopped and almost black colored hair. The next day I went back to speak to Mandy about the problems I was having with her work and from the very start She Was Yelling At Me. Her boss had to tell her to go in her office because she couldnt even hear my complaints because she was yelling at me instead of listening to me. My advice is to avoid this salon because they dont take accountability for their work.

Taylor Fab If I could leave no star I would, but I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a full head of blonde highlights, hoping for a beautiful platinum look, but instead, my hair was destroyed. The stylist, Mindy, didnt use toner, leaving my hair with uneven blonde shades that dont even remotely resemble the platinum blonde I asked for. It looks yellow and patchy, and I am devastated. When I walked in to express my concerns, the lady who did my hair refused to help and actually said, to another stylist "You handle it because I will get nasty." How unprofessional! They supposedly called the manager, Marissa, who told them that toner wasnt included in the price and would be an additional charge. Are you kidding me? No one ever informed me about that, and its absurd that this was not addressed during my appointment. My hair looks NOTHING like the inspiration picture I showed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s so disappointing that the salon didnt make things right. I will never be coming back, and I strongly recommend you think twice before booking here.

Shannon Dave Recently moved to the area and needed someone reliable to continue my sew in extensions. Lisa did an amazing job with moving up my sew ins extensions - 2 times now and darkened my hair recently after too much lightening from my previous dye job! She was gentle with my scalp and the extensions are withstanding my day to day hair care. Definitely will continue to have Lisa as my long time hair stylist!

Waited until 9:35 and they were still closed. I booked an appointment for a reason. As a working mom I do not have a lot of time for myself so I was highly disappointed no one was there

Deborah Simone Went for a haircut/wash and blow out. I didnt have an appointment and only waited 10 minutes. Amy took care of me and listened to what I wanted, and did just that. She cut about 8 inches off, and it feels great. Thanks Amy!
