Christian Devinny Anna Marcos was unprofessional and deceitful in that she promised to lower my existing rate with Progressive by $30 per month due to my safe driver status. When she wrote the new policy it was not the same coverages as the previous, it did not have an accurate miles per year selection and it had my spouses name spelled wrong. In addition there was an error on her part with either the banking or routing number to deduct from my account as my bank says NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE to withdraw funds by progressive, and my policy was CANCELLED because of this. Instead of calling me due to the billing issue. I have had to establish a new policy that has cost me MORE than i was paying before. Anna was very defensive when i called, did not offer to correct the issues as a professional insurance agent should. Now this veteran has to pay more than when i stepped foot in her office. Im very unhappy with Copeland Insurance.

Rosa Perez I was sitting inside this office for 1 hour waiting for the agent to see me the girl upfront was a sweet hart and it’s pretty sad to see how the OWNER MS COPLAND treats her screaming and shouting across the room to this girl disrespecting her and calling her names like a your dumb or Deaf, After coming in this owners office was chaos papers everywhere, including the floors, coffee on the walls total mess and this should be a professional working space definitely not coming here anymore horrible horrible place!!!! Do not recommend

We just wanted to show our appreciation for how hard Julie L. worked to answer all our questions related to moving our insurance for our house to State Farm. Although our cars are with State Farm our house was not because repairs had to be done and when they were completed, we wanted to have State Farm insure our property here in Florida. Julie explained in detail what we would need to do with the age of this property to qualify to be insured by State Farm and she recommended an inspector who came out and did a very thorough job. Additionally, I asked many questions related to liability on our home and auto in conjunction with what we own in other states. Julie was extremely, patient and did the necessary research work and provided timely and accurate answers. Never did we have to worry about the phrase “oh I forget to tell you” - which happens so many times now days. In today’s world of customer service generally lacking we have had a totally different experience with State Farm and especially Julie assisting us to get everything insured to our satisfaction.
