Kim, my agent, was quick to answer questions and help with any insurance needs we had. As King Insurance, there really isn’t anywhere close to the level of service that I was accustomed to. I no longer feel like they even know who their individual customers are, they only care about the big companies since they obviously bring in more revenue. Very disappointed with this new company, will be seeking other agent options soon.
