They make sure that they present each option to you and answer all question that you have and will spend as much time with you as you need. K E Check other places first. Bad experience with this insurance company. And had them for many years before trying to file our first hurricane claim. They would not hep us. We called and they wouldn’t return calls. So we paid for our roof on our own. Their reviews were good so we picked them. Mistake.

KE I will not go into detail but our experience with Steve Bond was anything but caring and cordial. We have had both of our homes insured with them since 2018. We never had any issues. However Hurricane Milton took many shingles off of our home and we tried to file a claim. The home was built in 2019. My husband and I stopped in because it was nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company Bond provided to file a claim. Maggie called Steve and he came out of his office. We asked for advice and he told us very sternly that he was not going to give us any advice. We left and are still trying to figure all this out. We have never filed an insurance claim before. My advice is to do your homework and check out the company Steve Bond insures you with. We checked out the company Steve Bond Insurance agency gave us too late. Lots of complaints from BBB and terrible customer reviews. We didn’t check it out because we trusted Steve Bond Insurance. Big mistake.

Jennifer Martin Placed a call on Monday needing to look for new home owners insurance. I was told by end of day or Tuesday by 3pm. I received a quote by NOON on Monday! I was super happy. Shawn and his wife are the nicest, friendliest people I have met in a very long time.They were very thorough and answered any questions I had. I was able to get my new policy signed by Wednesday the same week!! My original agent, took a WEEK to even answer my calls or get me a quote. Hernandez Ariana “Aria” The health department policy of state farm they sold me its garbage dont waste your time when i need it the most they didnt respond and didnt took my health seriously. I dont recommend it, also someone hit my car i did all the protocol to get my money back a year after still waiting for my money and i think i will never have it very dissapointed and ive been a client for years. Very sad i had to write this review.

herb mays If I could give a -10 I would. I been with Jack Rhine for over 10 years, payed him over 48,000 dollars in that time, only put in 5 claims 2 were from hail, 1 car was tboned not are fault.other 2 claims miner damage. And now Jack is canceling my policy what a piece of s__t

Carrs Flooring America I can personally guarantee that this is the best insurance company hands down. I own several retail flooring stores in Orlando (a much more competitive market) and Cormier Insurance is always giving us better coverage and lower pricing than anyone in Orlando. I have sent at least a dozen people to get quotes and every single one of them have saved money and signed with Richard. Even if you love your current insurance agent it is worth calling Cormier Insurance and get a quote because I can tell you first hand the grass will be greener on the other side.

Paula Marie I was referred to them by my state farm agent. She was super friendly and acted helpful. Five days and one return call from them. Asking for something that I didnt need. She said oh, we must have you mixed up with someone else. Now its been 10 days since I asked for a policy and still no word from them.Very unprofessional. Very misleading. I was under the impression this was an underwriter company, but they only checked one company?

Jerzelle Cherno Very disappointed with All-State homeowners castle key insurance. My parents had this homeowners insurance for 38 years. My father is 95 with Alzheimers. I was helping him pay his bills when my mother passed. During this pandemic I lost hours at my employment and fell behind in my bills. Allatate put me on a special plan. My father threw the bill out and I did not pay it. I was 100.00 short. They would not work with me and canceled my insurance. Thats how you treat a 39 year customer During a pandemic? I dont think so.

Fab Mier I just got a 2nd notice for proof of insurance from my Mortgage company. Seems every year I need to call them to find out why I have not been renewed. I called after the first notice. Talked someone. THey said they will call me back. Now about a month later, I got the 2nd notice and still no call back. Has my insurance lapsed? Dont know. Just left a message at 355pm. I guess they are too busy to answer.
