zak tyrrell Only heard from him day I requested a quote and signed an agreement. When I originally joined Allstate it was $150 a month. Then I checked one day and it was $220. I asked if there was a way to lower it, and he said the only way was to decrease my coverage. So I switched to progressive saving over $400 in 6 months. I reached out to cancel my plan and his assistant Barbara said he was out of town, and she would let him know. I never hear from him to confirm, my plan was cancelled or tell me next steps. Today I got a notice from a collections service saying I owe $98. I called his office to ask what it was about, and he is out of town….. again. Barbara answered and asked if I’d like to make the payment over the phone. Such an awful experience.

Maya A I don’t recommend this agency at all. I would give it minus stars if there is such a thing. Customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. If you have an issue and you call them for help. All you get is promises and no action. You will be assured that they will take care of the issue. Then you won’t hear from them for weeks. You call again to follow up, and all of sudden no one responds to your calls or emails; if by any chance someone answers, you get contradicting accounts. It’s a brokerage agency, so we were compelled to call the insurance company itself and the matter was resolved within days. Whats baffling, the insurance company has been receiving similar complaints about the agency, but they still work with it. Thank God we dont have to deal with it anymore. Dealing with this agency was frustrating and awful to say the least.
