Julie C Ciera is a miracle worker! She is an excellent hair stylist who is super talented and very knowledgeable about hair. Ciera had to fix my hair from another hair stylist, who took 4 hours to do a crappy job about 3 weeks ago who charged me $160. Ciera had me in and out within an hour and a half to two hours. I am grateful she was able to fit me in so quickly and my hair came out amazing!!! I texted her phone number listed on Google and she responded within minutes, guided me through how to schedule an appointment online and got me in. I got a partial highlight with a blowdry and blowout for $175 with Ciera. I have found my new permanent hairstylist with Ciera and I’m so happy! Ciera is very kind, understanding, and I felt like I was talking to one of my girls while she did my hair. She’s a great listener. I highly recommend Ciera and give her a 5 out of 5 stars! Jessica Verbanac I met Ciera through an event with a friend and thought she was a great person. That friend then told me that she does hair and she is does great with blonde highlights. I am always so afraid to try somebody new and have been visiting my hairdresser in TN because I know she will do it right. Well Ciera absolutely killed it! Prior to Covid she kept it VERY short. During Covid she grew it out for the first time since high school. She loves having longer hair, but just couldn’t seem to control it. Eranda transformed her. She cut her hair to make it more manageable and then Taught her how to use product and tools to manage it.
