Shakti Doula Collective Formally known as New York nails CHIC NAILS IS FABULOUS! Chucky and Sophia did an amazing job with volcano spa pedicure and gel x cat eye nails! Definitely worth the wait. They take their time and really put in their creative energy to make sure youre happy. I went in as soon they opened and they already had a line!!!! Prices are decent! I pampered myself for my birthday and such great service and care!!!

Valentina Marvez This was my first time at this salon and Sophia topped every nail set I have ever had! She took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. They are a busy spot with walk ins but it is 100% worth the wait. The rest of the staff was also really nice with great vibes and the place is overall relaxing and clean. Pricing is also very reasonable compared to other salons and she had no problem breaking down the cost of everything for me which I really appreciated. NOW LOOK AT THESE GORGEOUS NAILS!! The GhibliGal This is my new go-to nail salon. Sophia is amazing! Her skills with the brush were exceptional, she free handed my french tip!! They are the prettiest french tip Ive ever had. Not to mention everyone else in the nail salon was so nice, & treated one another with respect.

Isabella Williams The photos do not do this set justice. I have been getting my nails done forever and this is by far the best set I have ever had. It is inspired by the movie Coraline and it’s perfect for spooky season coming up! Not only are these my favorite nails i’ve ever gotten by far, but I had so much fun getting them. Sefany is so nice and patient and really stands out because she takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect. She is invested in getting my nails healthier which is so important to me as a lifetime nail biter. She gave me cuticle oil that has made my nails so much stronger and noticeably longer. I am so so happy with this set and I am already looking forward to my next appointment. :)

MaeZ Beyond the Millenium Salon is now called Studio M. I have been getting my hair done by Maria for about 15 years. She is amazing with cuts and color. She also is not afraid to cut hair super short. I can tell her what I have in mind, and she works wonders. Chrissy is my other stylist. If Maria is busy, Chrissy is just as talented. I get tons of compliments on my hair when either of these talented ladies hook me up. This salon also offers full waxing and esthetician services by appointment, teeth whitening and tanning. It is back under the origional management now.

Karen Lewis This was my first visit, as Im here on vacation. Ana the owner is pleasant, professional and the salon is clean. All the technicians there are so polite. My technician, Mariana (Im not completely sure of her name!) Was fantastic. She is detailed orientated and a perfectionist! Spanish is the first language of most of the staff, Ana speaks very good English, & translates so they all went above and beyond to be sure they were doing my nails as I requested. My technician even used the translation feature on her phone to communicate, which I loved! I would highly recommend this salon for your nail needs. Theres also a barbershop next door and I saw a few of their cuts, which were stylish and nice.

Kelsey Sawdy I tried this nail salon for the first time after reading all of the great reviews. I was not disappointed in the service at all! Everyone was very friendly, the place was clean, and they even offered us something to drink. I believe I saw Tara. She was very nice, made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted (I got a gel x set), and worked quickly. My daughter also got a kids mani with gel that turned out great! I’ll definitely be back!

Kira Tara did my nails and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She has an amazing story and is fantastic at her job. She will make sure you like everything throughout the process and also really loves what she does! It is very calm in there and doesn’t smell strongly because they don’t do acrylic anymore! They care very strongly about customer service and if you end up with something you don’t like they will make sure to fix it! Thank you so much Tara!

Abra Horne Hannah and Jimmy took wonderful care of me today! It was my first time with both of them. I got a beautiful ombre manicure In Emerald and pink. I also got a gel pedicure, which should last quite a while since Hannah really did such a fabulous job. Both services were very relaxing and enjoyable and met my preferences exactly I need to pamper myself. Off to take a nap by the pool.

Kate Rennie I had such an amazing experience getting a, I think it was called a rejuvenate manicure with Hanna while on vacation! Everything about it was perfect—the arm and hand massage was so relaxing, and the heated eye mask and shoulder patch were such a nice touch. Hanna did an incredible job on my nails, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect way to treat myself while traveling. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Patricia quickly put me at ease. I thought the price was reasonable also. Be aware that the salon is in a residential neighborhood. Patricia has a green thumb and has created a peaceful oasis.

kay M Definitely my favorite nail salon in Lakeland!!! The atmosphere is nice and friendly, they offer you something to drink. Also the decor is beautiful!!! Definitely a new customer. Did a revisit on 10/01 and much different response. I got a refill and toe nail polish change. Immediately when I said I didn’t want a pedicure, other nail techs started speaking in their language with the nail tech that was doing my nails, exchanging smiles and glances at each other. I caught every glance and the vibe towards me the whole time I was in there. Customers should feel comfortable during a supposedly relaxing setting. Changed my mind last minute about leaving a tip as well, maybe next visit will be better.

Dawn E Marsh Went to salon and the initial service was pleasant. However, woke up with bubbled gel polish. There was wet polish underneath and lifting on most of the nails. The salon offered to redo but I had to leave for the airport. Their policy is No refund for services. So I lost 35.00 and have horrible nails for traveling. I would not recommend this salon!

Marisa Figueroa Went for the first time today and was met by Tony, who did a pedicure and full set on me. He was attentive, kind, and VERY thorough on the structure of my nails. He listened to my (probably crazy) idea & gave me nails I LOVE. The structure of these nails are EVERYTHING!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially to my girlies a little nervous about salons. Very friendly atmosphere, easy to relax in, and the services are great. I spent about $250 ($50 tip). A little over $100 for my nails (airbrush, design, and length) and a little under $100 for the pedi (did a higher scale + $15 for gel). If you like claws & good service, go HERE.

Yvonne Carnley Our first time going to Passion’s. Loved how they treated Heidi. Very very friendly. Only one thing that I would like to address is nail clipping. I spent $40 and then got home and had to file her nails because they were so sharp. I wish I could find someone who files them done a bit after clipping. But they were great. We will go back

V L Passion Fur Pets is AMAZING. We have been taking our dog Jingles here for over two years and we wouldnt go anywhere else. The whole team is so kind and polite and our dog loves the environment. He gets so excited every time he gets to go to get groomed. And the grooming. I cant say enough about the groomoing. Passion Fur Pets makes our little pooch look soooo cute. Such impeccable work! LOVE PASSION FUR PETS! A+++++++++++!!!!!!

Robin Martindale Not impressed. Paid $55 for a gel manicure on fresh, unpolished nails, and it started chipping 2 days later. After the gel application, she gave me a half assed hand massage with lotion and then told me to wash my hands...? Wont be wasting my time with them again

Tonight I was in a pinch and needed my toes and nails done and even though they were about to close they stayed later than usual to help me out. Rebecca Castro I came here one time before and had a lady technician who was very rough and made me bleed during my pedicure, which has never happened to me before. I decided to give this place another chance because the experience you have with one nail tech can be completely different from another. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Todd was very gentle on my pedicure and then made a recommendation to get a full set done instead of a gel manicure because I told him my gel usually only lasts about a week due to having very thin nails. My full set and pedicure look amazing. I will probably only go to Todd now. I definitely recommend him.

B Stacy My first time there as a walk-in. Showed a nice young woman at the registered what I wanted to get. She quickly spoke to a woman stationed next to the register and I was seated with her right then. I didn’t have to wait. Showed Mimi what I wanted and she got right to work. Service was fast and I’m very pleased with my nails. Nails Boutique and Spa is a no-nonsense kind of place. If you’re looking to be offered a beverage or something stronger, during a mani, this isn’t the place….but if you’re looking for quick quality work, you won’t be disappointed! :) THANK YOU MIMI! Update from 2nd visit: I’m not sure who the guys name was who did my mani with pink ombré fill and pedi…the cart said Todd on it…but all he did a good job keeping with Mimi’s previous work. Very pleased. Update: 3rd time going. If you get pedicures, you will be offered water or a soda. Took my husband. I treated him to a mani-pedi. I got a pedi with gel and Ombré Fill with art work. Elsa was my nail this time…Mimi was away on vacation… Elsa did a great job…Very pleased. Also need to give props to Nancy who did my husbands mani pedi and Sonny who did my pedi… THANK YOU ALL for a wonderful relaxing time!

Cassandra Benner I went in to get my lashes done on a Friday. It was only one nail tech available. She was working on someones nail. The lady told me it would be 10 minutes. The ten minutes turned into 30 minutes. She finally does my lashes, and it took her roughly 45 minutes to do my lashes....she didnt feel confident at all. It took some time, but the lashes turned out cute. Different from what Im used too, but cute. The only issue is they fell off Sunday. Not sure what type of glue was used, but for $35 dollars I expected them to last at least a week. Now, Im left to pay someone else to do my lashes. So, I would recommend better glue and seal. Highly disappointed.

Marian Barfield I went there for nail repair care after using a salon in Highland City that damaged my nails. The services were detailed and was not rushed. The nail tech was Ashley and pedicure tech was Yasmine. Theyre bilingual and answered all my questions. The salon is small but has a pleasant atmosphere. They accommodated me with my ankle fracture. I told my family and friends and plan to go there regularly.
