Allyssa Brown Perfect gel manicure and regular pedicure! The salon is super clean and the nail artist is very efficient and a clear perfectionist. Best salon I’ve tried in Brickell so far (I’ve lived her for a little over two years). She was very gentle and careful with removing my previous gel manicure and I liked that she had uv gloves available to protect your hands when getting gel. I look forward to returning!

Ney Q Mabel is not only the nicest manicurist I’ve ever met, but her work is impeccable, professional, very detailed oriented and patient. She treats my 11 yr old like a princess, she makes her feel the most special girl in the world and I appreciate that. I Super recommend her.

S S I FINALLY found my nail place in Miami! This is by far the BEST Russian Manicure in ALL of Miami-Dade county. Quote me and trust me! I searched far and wide and had so many bad experiences before I finally came across Smart Nails. I found the salon from a random google search. The salon had one review from someone who said that she drove from Broward to Miami to find her, and that she followed her from her old nail salon. From the sound of that review, I could tell that person was serious about her Russian Manicure, and had standards that might be similar to mine. I went Smart Nails website, made the appointment from there, and showed up to the salon suite and there was ZERO Issues unlike every other salon. There were no issues scheduling, no moving me around, no making me wait when I got there, no annoying people sitting on top of each other in a big busy salon. Its just me and my angel nail Goddess Zami in her perfectly comfortable and suitable salon suite. She is meticulous and passionate about her craft and it shines through in her work. She is so good she has even been able to get me comfortable with trying different colors and nail shapes after doing the same exact thing for the last 20 years of my life. :-)

Renata Bolotova I had a Russian manicure done this week at Smart Nails salon in Miami and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the results! Zamira was highly skilled and paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that my nails were perfectly shaped and groomed. What I appreciated most about the Russian manicure was that it removed all of the dead skin around my nails, leaving them looking and feeling much healthier. The end result was a flawless, natural-looking manicure that lasted for weeks. The pricing was also a deal-breaker! The salon itself was also very clean and modern-looking, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. Melissa Katz By far the most talented nail technician and artist in the universe!! Julia achieves the perfect shape to execute sleek and classic designs and can create any detail your heart desires. Her work is flawless, polished, high quality and long lasting. I shouldn’t write this review because I don’t want to share her, but she deserves all of this praise and more! My nails have doubled in length since using her and they easily last 3-4 weeks without chipping. She is an absolute legend and I’m continually impressed by her ability. Sandy Parmeter Julia is a perfectionist! She takes her time and makes sure every nail is perfect. With previous salons my gel manicures start chipping after 2 weeks. With Julia I went a month in between manicures and they still looked great! Highly recommend.

Katie Mastronardi Inail spa on Alton road offers a multitude of services. I personally have used them for nail enhancement and have been pleased with their service, atmosphere, and longevity. Its a tad pricey but after trying many other nail salons locally, they have been the best so far. Highly recommend and will go back!

Ceexta Hall Ive been a loyal customer of this nail spa for years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Even when they moved to a different location, I traveled with them—because they’re just that amazing! The spa is always spotless, and I never have to worry about hygiene or catching anything like a fungus. The owners, Bella, Jessica, Marley, and Hellen, are not just skilled at what they do; they’re also incredibly funny, warm, and welcoming. Every visit feels like I’m catching up with my best friends. Their work is top-notch and lasts long, which is why I’d travel across the world to see them if I had to. These people are like family to me. Highly recommend!

Kiran Noor Okay I’ve been coming here for 3 years now, but I refuse to give this place another try. Honestly it all depends on who you get. If you’ve only spent 15 minutes on my pedicure and charged me $45 , then you really didn’t put in any effort. Also the pictures below are 4 days post mani / pedi. Absolutely no reason it should be chipping ALREADY. FYI it’s gel mani too. Total $120 , absolutely not worth it. Will never return. And past 3/4 times they’ve nicked me and the bleeding hadn’t stopped. I need to get my nails done again already because it keeps chipping and breaking. Find another salon.

This salon is one of the few affordable and super high quality places I could find on my vacation and they exceeded my expectations! Great atmosphere and color selection. Dry pedicures are where it’s at! More sanitary and still comes with a great heated massage and lotion. Highly recommend this nail studio!!

Tati did my Gel X manicure and regular pedicure, and she was so detailed, took her time, and made my nails look gorgeous. For the first time, I actually felt good spending money on a nail service!

Joseline Figuereo I had a regular pedicure appointment with Maryanis (I think that was the name on her tag), this morning, that was a surprise bday gift from my husband. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The place was nice and clean, friendly staff. I was served a nice cup of peppermint tea and the pedicurist turned the massage chair for me. The pedicure itself however, was just ok. While my toenails look nice, my feet are rather dry and still rough. I noticed this when I was done drying and headed over to checkout. The young lady at the front desk asked me how it went. My response, “It was just ok. My feet are not smooth. They’re a bit rough.” She proceeded to complete my transaction ignoring my discontent towards the service. There was no attempt or offer made to rectify the issue. UPDATE 2 weeks after initial visit: I decided to schedule the follow-up appointment that was offered. Customer service was again wonderful. This time I was serviced by Yani and she did a great job. I will definitely be returning.

I also work as an esthetician and longevity of manicures has been an issue due to profession’s nature. Thankfully, I found Marina! She is incredibly skilled, and I’m beyond happy with the results. Marie Yoshimizu Quite disappointed with the service I received. First, the communication was an issue. I called to see if they could do the dip nails and regular pedicure at the same time of the appointment because the regular pedicure service was only available later in the morning. They told me to send a text message instead, so I did. But I got the no response for a couple of days. I showed at the salon 8am, the time of my appointment, but one side of the salon was closed, and the other side had a technician but the sign said “closed”. I called 2 numbers listed on google, and at the storefront and let them know I have an appointment. I also sent them a screenshot of my confirmation. Text message from one number said “they were on the way and the other number said “they were already there.” The technician inside the store with “closed” sign waved at me to go to the back. It was very confusing and there was a lot of miscommunication. The service of the technician was pretty rough and was a bit painful for some filing steps. There were not enough colors available for dip nail base or the chrome coating that I asked prior for. The other side of the salon opened and the technician bright some more colors. It wasn’t the color I expected for but close enough. However, it’s only 4 days since I receive the service, and one of the nails is already chipping and peeling off. I liked the chrome color, but the service is poorly done. I do not recommend this place.

I wish I’ve started going sooner because every time I go there has been a pleasant visit. From the prepping to the finishing touches, Will does an amazing job taking care of my finger and toe nails. The prices are also affordable for everything he does. The best part is that the work he does last long (at least three weeks if taken care of well before breaking). Sabrina Gomez Ive been here 3 times and it really seems like the only person that provides a good service is the owner. The 2 ladies ive been serviced by here do not offer a good service. Ive never even been offered a water without having to ask for it. Talking on your cellphone without atleast using a bluetooth while youre working on someone is extremely unprofessional. The lady today didnt even put lotion on my feet (she offered it after i complained that my feet were white and crusty from not properly buffing or exfoliating). The place itself its small and crammed but that wouldnt matter if the service was actually good. Is good customer service too much to ask for?

Laura Aguiar I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed a clear photo of the design I wanted, but instead of telling me upfront that they couldn’t do it, the nail tech attempted it anyway—and completely missed the mark. Worse, she decided to freestyle her own design, which was not only NOTHING like what I asked for but also something I absolutely hate. To top it off, as I was taking a photo of my nails, she grabbed my phone and posted a five-star review on my behalf! I’ve since removed that review and am writing this to share the truth. I paid $200 for a manicure I can’t stand, and now I’m on my way to another salon, hoping they’re open so I can have this removed and redone. This was a total waste of my time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Taryn Webb WORST nail experience ever! Was in the salon for 3.5 hours and I came when they had only one other person in the shop who they finished with about 10 minutes after I arrived. Went in to get a full set and pedicure and it was not worth the money spent. Pedicure was ok but the white was more of a cream color. Literally got my nails done twice. The first person, John, rushed through my nails. I asked for ombré pink and white but you could see where the white was and the pink acrylic was not dark enough to blend seamlessly and the acrylic was so bumpy and thick. It was better than what John did but I was still charged for ombré when she used nail polish to make the acrylic darker and thinned out the nails a bit better. This was a horrible experience for me and they still charged me the full price and didn’t even try to discount for the horrible experience. I don’t see how they have this many good reviews.
