Tania Mejia I’ve been with my girl Tiffany for many years before she got her shop and now she is a Boss! Polish & Lash is an awesome nail salon and the techs all have skills. They never disappoint and I am always super happy after my nail and pedi sessions! This place is awesome!

C.r. I was initially hesitant about getting builder gel on my nails, as I’ve seen results on others that didn’t look very natural. However, Lisa put my concerns at ease by truly understanding what I was looking for. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and delivered exactly what I wanted. Shelly Osborne Love it! Wished there was another word higher than love to express the experience. The front desk attendants were so helpful explaining the services. Even the questionnaire is designed for a wonderful catered experience. It’s detailed enough to ask whether you would like a “quiet or talking” while you’re doing the facials. That’s a huge plus for me because I like silence and not people speaking over my face. This allows a peaceful experience for me. Another handy dandy experience, they allow your input on the music and scent in the room. Loved the lushness of the robes. Jenna did my facial and her hands and essence was truly divine. I literally whelped because everything was done with a high level of tenderness and care. I can’t wait to come back and treat others to this beautiful experience!

Kendra Wells I had the most relaxing experience. From the moment I set the appointment until my sad departure the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed my massage by Marlene she was great and very informative about her findings when it came to the tension I had mentioned in my upper body. Jenna gave a soothing facial that left my skin glowing and provided some quality maintenance products. The facility’s cleanliness and ambiance was top notch. Reyna Katsaros Ceirra is a fantastic, great nail artist! I have never had such a great nail artist! All the compliments I received from males and females about my nails since I started going to her. Her services were so good that I found her on ClassPass on a Wednesday for a pedicure and came back the next day for her to do my hands! Sharon Lastrapes I’ve been going to Lisa for a few years for pedicures. She is meticulous and very thorough, but also very pleasant and fun. I am the only one there during my appointments, so it’s also much quieter and more relaxing than a bustling salon. She uses a sanitized bowl rather than a recirculating “throne,” so I can be sure that there is no risk of contracting a fungus in the process. Each client has their own personal tools to further assure the highest health standards. I highly recommend Lisa!

Jennifer Saez This is my second review since my first one was deleted. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They have the habit of not telling you the cost of your service until AFTER they start working on you or they increase your price after quoting you a different amount. They charge for things they even fail to do. For example, I requested almond shape, got stiletto instead but yet they still charged me for the "shape" even though they did it wrong. I have never spent less than $200 in their salon yet they did not care to lose a customer like me over $10 they suddenly added to my final balance. I do not recommend the this salon to ANYONE and they will not be seeing me in there again. I will also inform the Better Business Bureau.

Stacey McHone Visiting from out of town. This was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. My chrome nails look amazing as well! Very clean inside, and the 2 ladies were so nice and welcoming, offering drinks. She even walked me outside to make sure I got I got my Uber okay since they were closing and it was dark. So friendly! Next time Im in Orlando, I will definitely be coming back!

Tram Le We stopped by here on our trip for a pedicure and hair cut next door. I had a dip done by lily and she was quick and does it julie and hannah did our pedicure. They were friendly and does a great job. Prices are reasonable.

Melanie Fernandez I’ve been coming to Fashion Nail and Spa for about six months now and I love it! The prices are great for the quality of work you’re getting. My nail technician is Kenny and he’s great! I always get the dip technique and they last me over three weeks. They have a ton of colors to choose from as well as designs. I typically don’t get a pedicure because I always have close toe shoes on but the chairs look so comfortable and have the massage features. I always see them use a bag for those who do get a pedicure and it looks like they have jets in the wash, people always look relaxed when they’re there. They also have great hours and accept walk ins. I do my own waxing but a lot of customers go there for waxing their eyebrows, upper lip etc. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean and does a great job for the right price, this is a place to come and try!

Alejandra Smith By far the worst mani/pedi experience. I went only because my regular salon was full and they closed an hour earlier than these people. I feel horrible to say it because the lady was very nice but it was almost like if she didnt know that my nails were 100% crooked when she filed them. I even asked to borrow the clippers to cut them straight and even after she re-filed them and put on clear polish this was the result. I got there looking better than after I paid $45. Im sorry but I will never go there again. Btw thats not dry hands/skin, thats a messy clear polish job.

Eleanor Purves AWFUL. It took almost 2 hours to do a simple full set and my nails usually last a month or more. ALL of them broke not even 2 weeks later. $50 for the worst nails I’ve ever had.

I had an idea what I wanted but after describing to the nail tech; she recommended the “Baby Boomer” (basically an ombré French manicure) and it turned out perfect!! She was fast and let me know they provide a one stop-beauty shop: nails, pedi, lashes and wax. I live about 15min away but I will be traveling over anyway! Great spot!

Locd and Braided By Alisha I went to Gem nail Spa on New Year Eve, I was beyond pleased with my gel overlay! I receive compliments every day!!! The nail tech was thorough and her work was very neat. I found my new nail salon and they offer so much more! I came back for a brow wax and will return for permanent brows & other beauty services!

Cody Cathy is an ARTIST. she is the best nail tech I’ve had and takes such great care of them in the process. She’s super gentle, professional and does killer designs. She also does incredible lashes that last AGES. I’ve gotten my lashes done at her places in the past and no one has ever seemed to make them last like Cathy does. It’s always a great time whether you’re taking a nap while she’s doing your lashes or chatting and or watching Netflix while she works her magic on your nails. Can’t wait to try her other services!

Denise B I have been seeing Cathy monthly since I first found her in December 2020. She is AMAZING. She hits the nail on the head every time and is so excited to make the designs you want. I live about 40 minutes from her salon, but I couldnt bring myself to not take the trip, especially when the services she provides have worthwhile results! Not only is her talent incredible, but she is a genuine person and great business owner. Her salon is SO cute, very clean, and super inviting! They are neighbor to the South Seminole Church of Christ where my wife and I work so its custom to support our neighbor. They were busy. Several clients walked in. Making an appointment will be very beneficial both to them and you, the client.

brianna paul I called ahead to see what services they offered. I asked for a full set, they said they don’t provided that service, but they can do dip powder with extensions. I said told them that was fine. When I got to the shop, I asked the staff member if she can do a French design with dip powder she said no (even though there are pictures in the reviews and on the screens in the shop of the same thing that I wanted). She then asked if I can just do pedicure and come back tomorrow for my nails. I told no because I would not have time. At that point I just decided not to anything at all. I just paid for my mom and niece to get a manicure and pedicure.
