emalyn mercer Les has been cutting my hair for 10 years now. Thats probably over 100 haircuts. I seriously dont remember one single time when I didnt walk out feeling great and loving my hair. I get stopped all the time by strangers asking "who does my hair?". But more than the result, I love the process. Lydia gives the best shampoo on the island , hands down. Les has 2 sweet doxies who hang out in the shop and give kisses as needed. Greg is an amazing massage therapist. It may be a dollar or two higher than the next place, but you get what you pay for in this life. And Les is the best.

Beccabae Wonderful experience, CAMDEN really did an excellent job I will definitely be making future appointments with him. His talent skill education & experience are all exceptional. What really impressed me was the way he knew exactly what my hair needed. He loves his job he’s very self confident and knows his worth. Make an appointment today believe you will not regret it and it’s most definitely worth it. I felt fabulous & everyone complimented me on how beautiful & how good my hair looked.

wannabe conch got my haircut there on a Thursday morning by a barber named Anatoly. He asked what I wanted and I told him make it short. He asked how I liked it cut and told him normally they use a clipper on the sides and cut the top with scissors. Thats exactly what he did and did a great job bringing fading it all together. He also offered to do the eyebrows and without asking he trimmed those pesky ear hairs and lower neck hairs. all in all great communication and a great cut too. I will be back

Nathan Asked one of the male barbers for a low taper and I received a high fade instead. Showed them a reference photo too and they completely bombed it. I kept asking one barber if he knows what he’s doing and he told me yes. Completely unprofessional, caught him dropping his buzzer on the ground. And this is the SECOND time the same exact barber bombed it. I want my money back

Len Williams I was quoted $45 over the phone for my homeless friends haircut. They charged an additional $55 for a shampoo, and did not disclose this shampoo charge until I paid with my Visa. They also lied to my finance company regarding the disputed charge. I would discourage any business with these crooks. They intentionally deceived me by quoting one price, and then not disclosing a $55 uncharged for a shampoo. Dont get ripped-off...

Mari Berlayar Very nice and spacious salon. The service is very good, everybodys friendly. I got a very good haircut and I enjoyed it. The only downside is that its a bit pricey. I guess its worth the price, but I wont come often.

Patrice Frederique If you’re Black and want quality hair care, I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I went in for a wash and set (wash, blow-dry, and straighten) but had a terrible experience. First, my hair was washed three times without any conditioner—already a red flag. Then, three to five different people started blow-drying my wet, unconditioned, and untangled hair. It felt chaotic, and no one was properly detangling or handling my hair with care. In total, six people worked on my hair, which seemed excessive and unprofessional. On top of that, the owner gave me a haircut that left my hair butchered. Pricing was also unclear—there were no set prices, so I had to trust whatever number they gave me. To make matters worse, they were more focused on selling me products than actually taking care of my hair. If you had a better experience, good for you. But personally, I regret spending my money here. If a salon is going to serve diverse clients, they should hire someone who knows how to work with Black hair or take the time to learn. Lesson learned—I won’t make this mistake again.

Ang A highly professional staff, from the time I walked in, to the time I left. I was completely taken care of from being offered a beverage to the extra long scalp shampoo/condition i received. Kudos! to the amazing Staff at Maricells!! Thank you ❤️ for making a lady feel like a lady.

D C Great place for a cut, wash and razor shave on the neck. They do more too. Ive had great haircuts at other barber shops on the island, but this one was probably the best haircut and experience I had living in Key West!
