olivia kao The good rating was before it was handled by new people. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Since Sandra is no longer here, this place is horrible. The ladies here are unethical and do not put any effort into their job. I was told I could not remove someone off my policy because we live together, however a week later, that person went to them and with the same address, and they gave him a policy without having him add me on. How are you able to be one way with one client, but Florida laws don’t apply to the other. It would be different if they didnt know, but they knew! They also quoted me $1900 for 6 months when I have not had an accident, and when I went directly to progressive, they quoted me $1060. Be smart and call the insurance company direct! Don’t throw away extra money you can be saving going direct.

Melina Moran Billy and Sandra will get you the best coverage and best customer services!! I love my coverage and it has renewed automatically without increasing. I used to have progressive before and every year for 5 years they were raise it each time, a lot. So I got tired of that bad services and went to Sandra to find help for something better. I was afraid to switch because loyalty to an insurance apparently matters but at that point I didn’t want to keep progressive any longer. Very quickly and easy she matched me to the best one. I wouldn’t go any other place for coverage. Highly recommend them ☺️❤️❤️
