If however, you want to be challenged by a fantastic coach, at a level appropriate for you, in a small and supportive environment and achieve results, then you have found your box!
I am not what anyone would describe as a fit individual (yet!) but I have noticed huge improvements in my stamina and abilities since joining a few months ago. I will admit that what I knew of CrossFit intimidated me at first and I was unsure I could even make it through the first workout, but I did - And the next, and the next. Rob takes the time to work with each person to achieve a workout based on the Workout of the Day (WOD) that is appropriate for their skills and abilities. He expertly coaches form and is always providing words of encouragement. Its not just Rob - all of the 850 CrossFit members encourage each other and provide a place you want to belong to.
Rob also hosts special Saturday team workouts that allow many of us from different time slots to engage in friendly and healthy fun for family and friends - children too!
If you live on the north side near Bannerman Rd and think CrossFit is for you I recommend you give Rob a call. Your body will thank you later!
