5 /5 Hollie Hicks: I met Ms. Connie when I had insurance with another company. She was always helpful then and is just as helpful now. When she acquired her own company, I went with her in 2007 and am still with her. She handles 3 of our policies (Flood, Homeowners, and Auto). When I call, I may not always get her personally, however, my calls do get returned even if it is after 5:00p.m. I know personally from experience that she goes above/beyond for her clients. She has gone above/beyond for me. Would/still do recommend her to anyone. Whenever I have gone into the office it is always a friendly environment. She might not be fancy like these big Insurance Companies where everyone is a policy number. With A&C Insurance I feel like family.
