5 /5 TK Adam: I had the best experience with them. The son and part owner is sooo nice and helpful. I needed a stone replaced in my necklace and he took the whole thing which had 3 charms on it. One of which contains my best friends ashes. He cleaned the chain and all the charms and put a new stone in my one charm. This necklace has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and he took great care of it. I highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!! A+++

They put in a low grade stone, yes they did..prove it, not unless it had been laser engraved. Original stone was bright and clear, new stone was pale and yellow. Never ever doing business with these....
