They always do a great job from start to finish but Chelsea’s efforts to get us the best price and policy prompted the need to write the review. She took the time to reach out to the city on our behalf for documents that could and did drastically reduce the cost of our policy. She pointed out additional savings possible with the proper pictures and documents. Nobody else even offered the idea much less made the call on my behalf.
