When I tried to get clarification, my agent was unresponsive and unable to answer my questions because she had never written a policy with this company before. Despite multiple follow-up calls and promises to return my calls with answers, I never received a response. The agent later claimed to have called me back, but my phone records show no such attempts.

The funds were promised to be repaid. Almost a full year later, over $18,000 has not been repaid. We lost the money. A much trusted partner however is IOA. A top notch company with 20 years of positive support and fair dealings.
