1 /5 Diane: I called the office at Adrian Fernandez insurance company, and a very rude person by the name of Erika Diaz. I am a daughter of one of their clients that has home owners insurance with them for over 30 years. I have never experience the rudeness and disgusting attitude by Allison Hernandez and Erika Diaz . my parents have been with them for over 30 years. Their insurance went from 1800 a year to $5300 for the year I called to ask them why it went up so drastically they rudely said don’t you realize everything goes up. I work with clients day in and day out and I’ve never ever rude to any of my clients the way they were rude to me. They hung up on me five times stating that I swear don’t understand what the swear words but I know I didn’t curse. They are very rude n there prices are ridiculously high!!!!!! All I wanted to do was lower the insurance for my elderly parents and they refused so we’re taking our business elsewhere. Thank you for 30 years for nothing.!!!! Please do not do business with them. They are horrible. They will take your money they don’t care.!!!!!

Casey Young: Stay away from this company. They set me up with my insurance policy. They failed to ask questions that was necessary to have the right coverage. I insured a car that was not in my name (it was in my sons) my son was driving the car and got into an accident now the insurance company won’t pay because the car is not in my name this company never asked that question cause if they did I would of known either A I would of had to add my son or two would of registered it in my name. Here’s really why this company is a pos. I talked to Shelly they day I found out my insurance denied the claim she “tells” me Marc don’t work there anymore and she would have to listen to the call and would call me back weeks went by never heard from her the insurance company and myself had reached out many times and nothing wouldn’t return calls finally after many temps I get in touch with her and she was very rude tells me she’s not calling the insurance company and owning up to their mistake. Now I had to get a lawyer when there was really no need to all I wanted was my car to get fixed considering I was paying full coverage. Note to self never use third parties go right to the insurance company itself!
