My neighbor recommended The Jewelry Store and let me tell you Tony is absolutely amazing. He’s also from up and north so very easy to deal and so kind but yet to the point !! He’s extremely talented as well . I wanted to change my wedding band to an insert. I picked out the sample piece and he molded it exactly like the sample. They are reasonably priced too, no BS!!! . He is a true master jeweler. Thank you again for making this girl happy . The staff is also so sweet!!

After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring! The design suggestions and planning were spot on. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Jewelers for your jewelry needs, even if its not a custom piece.

    Bryan Plouffe: I recently brought my ring to S&S Jewelers for a simple resizing, expecting professional service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. When I picked up my ring yesterday, I was shocked to find that they had completely altered its original design. Originally, the band had a textured matte finish and a flat profile. However, the jeweler had reprofiled the band, giving it a beveled edge on each side (as shown by arrows in photos, you can also see the ring *before* my original jeweler added the textured finish and note the completely flat profile on the band and high polish). This drastic change not only deviated from the rings original aesthetic but also removed the unique textured finish that I loved. To remedy the situation, I sought assistance from another jeweler yesterday afternoon. They were gracious enough to try and replicate the original finish in an attempt to hide/ camouflage the beveled edges and the gold that was removed from my band. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the beveled edges are still visible, and the once-flat profile of my ring is now lost. The lack of communication about these alterations and the irreversible changes made to my ring have left me dissatisfied with the service I received at S&S Jewelers. Their actions have significantly diminished the sentimental value of a cherished piece of jewelry. To note: * The gentleman did not charge me for the resizing as a courtesy but now I have a ring that I no longer love and am hesitant to even wear.*
