I called State Farm and got full coverage for less than price, I was paying with this company for basic coverage. Now I have other things included like towing and other things. This company is a rip off and I’ll go put reviews on this company saying this exact thing. Call other company these company that seem to be cheap aren’t at all.

John Lorinz: Changed agents after 3 years. Wasnt to happy with new agent on 1st visit on north Military trail west palm beach. I was renewing my policy with my auto insurance company. I wanted to put a down payment of $300 to keep my payments low. The agent kept insisting she cannot accept my $300 down-payment, she replied that she can only accept $68 down-payment that the insurance company is requesting for down-payment. I explained to her thats the way it was done last year, $300 down. The insurance company then ducted $68 from the $300 and put the remaining $232 towards lowering my monthly payments. The agent wouldnt listen to me still insisting she can only accept the $68 the insurance company is requesting for the 1st payment. I asked her to call the insurance company to verify that she can accept my $300 down-payment, she refused. She again refused to accept my $300 down-payment. Shes wasting time, other customers waiting. So reluctantly gave her the $68 down-payment. After paying the $68 I asked her if I can put an additional $300 down to lower my monthly payments. She replied, SURE I CAN DO THAT FOR YOU! 1 HOUR WASTED SIGNING UP A NEW ACCOUNT WITH CUSTOMERS WAITING. I was trying to make the transaction go more smoothly and efficient, but she just wouldnt take a customers knowledge from the year before. Sometimes there is a customer trying to help but she refused my help and my knowledge of how the whole transaction could have been more efficient.
