They put special emphasis on a program that works for the individual, to properly identify ways to reach specific fitness goals. Every class has great energy, laid back and casual when you arrive but properly intense during the workouts. The gym is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.

5 /5 Rio Bowen: Best crossfit gym in the area!! An energy like no other!! Great facility and the best programming! The coaches are great and always focus on proper form and lifting technique. Watched the coaches and owner of Hype compete and take 1st place at WZA competition in Miami. Theyre the real deal and so is this gym!

Luna Drewry: I go fishing here on my off days with my fiancé, when we can manage to get the time to. It’s a good spot we’ve caught a variety of fish out here. It’s very scenic and peaceful. Nice place to watch the run rise if you live or are visiting on the mainland. There are often other people sun bathing, walking their dogs, jogging, exercising and socializing around. Parking is easily accessible, a lot of parking. They have public restrooms if you need them, and it is usually very clean and kept up with.
