1 /5 Molè Maria (EPICcd): Horrible customer care by Jackie. I mistakenly added Alper Law as my registered agent, as I retained this firm to create documents for my LLC. I had contacted Florida DOS and they informed me how to correct it on my next annual filing. Shes been rude and a bully. Downright nasty with threats. Not one shred of decency. I was going to overlook that she made mistakes on my documents when I first hired them but her horrible attitude cannot be overlooked. With that said, I am happy with the legal services I received from Gideon. However, Jackie is far from being a great asset to this law firm.
