C P: Felix is awesome! The gym is clean and super nice! Hours are pretty good, wish they were open longer on the weekend though!!!!! And the one thing I do not like is that they keep your guest’s License. I really don’t like that at all. Is that really necessary? Scan it in or something but don’t keep it at the front desk :(

Fowler Joey: I joined this gym, in January, of 2025, because it was the closest gym to my house and also happened to be less than half the cost of LA Fitness, down the street, with much better parking available. It was strictly a matter of convenience, and affordability. I chose the no contract option, at $14.99/month, and a $60 annual fee, charged the first month, whether or not you stay a full year. In the 39 years Ive been working out, I cant recall ever having encountered a friendlier staff, at any gym Ive been to. They have all of the equipment that I need, and the place is always clean. The only thing missing, that I would like and use is a spa or sauna, but thats a lot to ask, for the price. LA Fitness has both, but again, they charge more than double what this gym does. All of that said, and considered, I am currently looking at other options, solely because of their horribly limited weekend hours. You cant open late and close early on the weekends, and expect that to work for most working people. Right now, its Sunday early evening, and Im sitting around, in the daylight watching it rain, and wishing I could be at the gym, but it closed, at 6:00! Thats just ridiculous.

Emerson Polanco: Edited response after Club4 responded- I was expecting a response and got one Im assuming from a higher up...again I understand the policy, Im not trying to go around the fact I made a mistake...but understand it was a human error...so if you (whoever is reading this) would understand that it was simply a minor oversight I would have thought that you could have some grace especially through these tough days we are living. I much have rather had this conversation with you personally so we could have applied those $50 towards upgrading my membership. That would have been a much better resolution instead of losing a great member +1 and the negative word of mouth...not to mention I am not problematic and simply wanted to see the business grow hence the reason I brought Club4 a significant amount of business from my customers, friends and family. Because I am self employed and understand that the business still has bills to pay...but at what cost? Im assuming the $50 is more valuable than keeping a day one member regardless of what "tier" my membership is. Original review is below- I am writing this review in hopes management/higher ups see this and not treat members like numbers (Especially the day one members of 3+ years ago)- I was charged a $50 fee for coming in on a Sunday at 7am instead of 8am due to the fact I have the "lower tier" package. It was honestly an oversight on my end, which I have no problem admitting...but to be charged $50 is in my opinion not okay. I assumed my aknowledgement of the oversight they would have helped me out...the manager just basically said their had been a warning placed on my account as it had happened once before as well which I was never told about. Either way, I understand if I was sneaking people in or being a nuisance, but it was a minor oversight where I though I could workout on a Sunday at 7am, not 8am...none the less, I was told nothing could be done. So I canceled mine and my wifes membership as well. I had been a part of this gym since the first few months it opened, and honestly have made them a significant of money with all of the new business I brought with me. So I hope you guys as a company review this policy and not charge $50 for something so minor as an hour difference oversight. Im not famous, but bad word of mouth spreads faster than good ones...

jhon justo: Ive trained at several gyms, but Power Strength Gym has a unique energy. You dont come here to "hang out," you come here to build strength, discipline, and real results. The atmosphere is motivating, the people are focused, and the machines are top-notch. If youre looking for a place where you can truly transform your body and mindset, this is the place. 100% recommended

Maryann Abaza: Clean. Great people. Owner is super nice. It has everything a powerlifter could possibly need. Only thing I wished was there is a shower for the girls, otherwise 10/10.

Chris Vallowe: I’ve been training at this gym for about half a year now and it’s continuing to go down hill. It’s already a very small, outdated and way over crowded gym, but now when machines break, they are just throwing them away and not replacing them. Pros - Staff are great - Vibe is good - Some good pieces of Nautilus equipment - 24 hours during the week Cons - Zero seated leg curl machines anymore machines, they had one, albeit it assume of those terrible Hoist machines, but they replaced it with another prone leg curl, so now they have exactly zero seated leg curl machines and three prone leg curl machines. - The abductor (outer thigh) machine broke and they removed it and now there’s a whole in the floor where it was (see included pic). Zero outer thigh machines, only one inner thigh - Only one traditional hack squat machine - No pendulum squat machine, no V-squat machine - No plate loaded low row machines, no hammer strength high row machines and only one set of Nautilus high, reverse grip, and regular row machines. - Incredibly crowded, the location is small and they have way too many members, if you go after 4pm you will see people 2-3 deep in lines for using equipment. Yes it’s normal for gyms to be crowded at that time but this place is just way over the top crowded. I go early and even then I have to wait sometimes. - Some members are pushy and will try to push you off equipment or stare you down, or claim equipment they were no where near when you walk up to use it. (This is partly because of how small and crowded the location is, it’s just general frustration at lack of adequate amounts of equipment.) - Members do NOT clean up after themselves, finish with machines and just walk away leaving hundreds of pounds of plates loaded on the machine (see Simeon the included pics). Even trainers do this, so there’s no accountability or push to make members clean up after themselves. People also can’t manage to put plates back in order, so you’ll have to dig a 10lbs or 25lbs plate out from under 45s and vice versa. The have seen some employees walking around putting plates back, but not ts not enough and they should be doing a better job of policing their members. I went to the Altamonte Springs location recently and finally understand what all the hype around Crunch is, what an amazing gym! This East Colonial location, however, is not it. It’s nothing like the Altamonte location, and is really disappointing that I pay the same amount money monthly for two VASTLY different experiences.

Gary Clark: My trainer Josh Dieman has been really great. Im 72 years old and recently intentionally lost over 50 pounds, unfortunely most of it muscle mass. Josh is helping me rebuild my muscle mass that I lost. I have had numerous trainers over the years and Josh has been the best. He is really good at accessing my weaknesses and figuring out what needs to be done.

Mark Daniel: Nate is the best personal trainer Ive ever had, hands down. Nate takes the time to really sit down with you and understand your goals, and approaches your fitness from all angles, working out, but also nutrition, sleep, everything. I knew I was in trouble (aka good hands) in our first session, after we walked through my typical diet. I thought I was having a healthy breakfast, but Nate just said "Im glad youre having breakfast every day ... but lets try to move to having something healthy instead of just dessert." Ouch. Nate knows how to push you to be your best, in every part of your health, fitness and wellness journey.
