1 /5 Hollie: Took my kiddos for the first time today and pretty disappointed; we wont be back for many reasons.
The “small kid” area specifying to be for kids under 48” was riddled with big kids, making it unsafe for my little one to play bc as we all know, the older they are, the more rambunctious they are. I saw several employees patrolling the area, but not once did they regulate or enforce this policy.
The food and drinks are way overpriced, like theme park priced. $7+ for two bottles of water…really yall. That’s just greedy.
Speaking of overpriced, a $3 spectator fee is so totally and utterly ridiculous. We go to trampoline parks all the time and never have I ever had to pay a fee like this.
The kicker for me was they do not allow strollers around any of the trampolines or activity areas “for safety reasons.” How the heck am I supposed to keep a watch on my one child bouncing around in one section when I have to stay super far away in another section with my stroller-aged child bc of this ridiculous policy? When I questioned them, they told me some story that strollers are a hazard/block, and that a previous medical emergency happened and care was delayed bc supposedly a stroller was blocking their way (not sure I believe that but whatever). Perhaps you guys should make it a part of your intro message to anyone coming in with a stroller bc looking back now at how stressful it was trying to keep an eye on my child from afar, had I known about this policy from the jump, my family and I would have just left and found something else to do.
Many other options out there that are more convenient and accommodating than this establishment!!
