1 /5 Jennifer King: Would give zero stars if i could. Went in there to add a car to my policy. I was the only customer in there. The lady that greeted me could not help me so she called the older lady in the back to help me. The older lady replied very snappy "You will just have to wait." So I replied I had plenty of time. She was rude and it aggregated her to have to take 2 minutes to add a car to my policy. A place of business should always treat customers with common courtesy. I think they forgot how to do that. I will be changing agencies in the morning.
