1 /5 Stace: The agent NEVER calls you back, nor does she explain details to you about what is going on with your insurance policy changes. Tammy I believe her name is and when you attempt to try and get her on the phone..GOOD LUCK! Only excuses of why she is not available at this "other location". BEWARE! Oh yea??? And now apparently SOMEONE is available to answer this review as "the owner" but I just called & was told that my agent had to go to the hospital & that they could only take a message. Again, no one will help you when you have questions after signing their paperwork AND paying them!!!!!!

So I do advice that if you need any type of coverages and an amazing services, dont look any further this is the place for you, your family members and friends. You can email them and will get answer fast, call and dont have to wait long and if anything they will call you back before the day of the day. I do recommend them 100%. This company goes above and beyond to find you what best suits your needs and at the best price. I have switched over, she was able to save me $200 on my car insurance!!
