He has been my agent for over 2 years and is so on top of everything - it feels like a true partnership. For example, I totally zoned on an important letter from my insurance company which had a deadline of October 11 for action (like tomorrow!). On October 10th Andy called me and said....."we need to take action on that letter". I couldnt believe it! What an amazing guy. The service is beyond what I have ever received in an insurance broker.
