1 /5 valeriya massey: We have been a loyal Anytime Fitness members, but I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated recently by the owner Allison who messaged me at 8 pm on Thursday, accusing me of letting in a non-member, when in reality, the person they were referring to was my husband—a fully paid member himself. Instead of verifying their facts, (and I know for a fact each key fob has a member’s photo), she jumped to conclusions (maybe because of my husbands looks, maybe you are profiling people) and sent an unprofessional message.
Going to the gym close to a year, paid for classes and private work outs and we always go together and you would think that the owner would know better or at least ask instead of accusing first. Highly unprofessional!
As paying members, we expect respect and fair treatment, not false accusations. If you’re considering joining this location, I’d think twice based on how they handle situations like this.
I will definitely not be referring people to the gym anymore and will take it further on social media
