1 /5 Shantell Latea: Today, upon entering Anytime Fitness, I noticed the manager observing me with a blank stare, but there was no greeting. I then proceeded to the waiting area, where I stood for approximately five or so minutes before deciding to depart, as no one had approached me. As I was exiting, I paused in front of the managers office and the adjacent office, yet no one made eye contact. As a veteran, I highly value good service. I found the conduct of the female manager and the two male staff members working today to be quite unprofessional. I intend to take my business elsewhere, to an establishment where it will be more appreciated. I sincerely hope the owners will consider improving their staffing choices at this location. Furthermore, there was a male coach present who appeared to be unoccupied in his office, yet he remained focused on his laptop and seemed largely unaware of his surroundings. I am very disappointed with my experience today. I will certainly not be recommending this facility to anyone I know, and I have no intention of returning to this gym in the future.
