Even the water here tastes like it’s straight from a mountain stream in Hawaii! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough!

    Jyah Lewis: David is great as a personal trainer. I’ve experienced trainers before and what differentiates David is his knowledge and insight. He is able to explain the science behind each muscle movement and provide dietary recommendations that helps me attain my goals. He’s also adaptable in the sense that my workout regime is different than his other clients and it changes based on my current needs, athletic experience, and tolerance. Professionally, he’s been punctual, responsive, and an all-around nice guy.

    turtle: LOVE this place! I went here for a group fitness class on total body day and had one of the best workouts of my life. The instructor, Amy, was amazing and everyone else in the class was so welcoming. It was fast paced, challenging, yet quite enjoyable. They had fans on but it was still warm which I enjoyed because it allowed me to get a good sweat in and feel like my body was detoxing. I cant recommend this place enough. Already looking forward to my next workout here!

However, the night-shift staff need improvement in how they treat customers. Their attitude is not friendly or welcoming, and it affects the overall experience. I hope management can address this, because the gym has great potential if the customer service improves.

When I started, I had specific goals of improving my flexibility and building strength - areas where Ive seen remarkable progress under his guidance. What truly sets Nick apart is how he addressed my shoulder pain and immobility issues. I came to him with discomfort that was affecting my daily life, and he developed targeted exercises to strengthen the area and increase mobility. After four months, the pain has significantly subsided - something Im especially grateful for! Nicks approach is both professional and personalized. He took the time to understand my fitness level and created a program specifically tailored to my needs. What impresses me most is how he continually adjusts my workouts as I progress, always finding the right balance between pushing my limits and ensuring proper form. His knowledge about rehabilitation and flexibility training has been eye-opening. The specialized shoulder routines and stretching exercises hes taught me have dramatically increased my range of motion, while his strength programming has helped me achieve gains I didnt think were possible in such a short time - both of which have helped my golf game. Beyond his technical expertise, Nick is encouraging, punctual, and genuinely invested in his clients success. Each session is challenging but enjoyable, and I always leave feeling accomplished. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Nick and seeing even more improvements in the months ahead. If youre looking for a trainer who delivers real results, helps with pain management, and makes the process enjoyable, I couldnt recommend Nick more highly!
