5 /5 Kendra Upchurch: I’ve been going to Apex for four years now and you can’t pay me to leave. Through living in another city, injuries and life LIFE-ING, this gym has been consistent and my safe place. I’ve come for early morning classes, during work breaks, after work, etc. and DJ and the coaches are always on point, supportive and knowledgeable. It’s a completely judge free zone and the other members are always friendly and helpful. I’ve accomplished physical goals that I never imagined I could. My son also trained with coach DJ for sports conditioning and couldn’t wait to come to classes. I could go on forever about all of the reasons Apex should be your new home gym but you should come check it out for yourself - FIRST CLASS IS FREE ;)

The gym is always well maintained, and there’s a great variety of equipment for every type of workout. I also have the membership that includes training sessions with Coach DJ, and it’s truly the best training I’ve ever experienced. DJ keeps every session challenging, motivating, and fun. His energy is contagious, and he really pushes you to be your best. He makes coming to the gym something I genuinely look forward to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with amazing coaching and a supportive atmosphere.

What truly sets this gym apart is the coaching. Coach DJ is simply outstanding. He’s not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also genuinely invested in each member’s progress. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, he knows exactly how to challenge you while keeping things safe (this is subjective lol) and motivating. The energy, attention to form, and personalized feedback makes every class worthwhile. Also, how could I leave out the support, encouragement, and camaraderie in this space? It’s unmatched. Apex isn’t just where we train, it’s where we show up for each other. I highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for real results with the guidance of a great coach and supportive environment.
