5 /5 Tanya Gutierrez: I don’t usually do reviews, but this situation makes it necessary. I am a normal hard working single Mom and NOT a dealership. I can’t speak about the company itself, but I can speak volumes about 2 of the account managers. Darla and Rhonda. Life happens. Cancer hits. Twice in the same year! During the most trying times and not being able to work, I had a difficult time making my car payment. Darla worked with me endlessly to allow for my car to NOT be repossessed. Any other company or possibly even another associate would not have gone to the lengths these 2 ladies did. Darla got me set up for bi-weekly Payment’s after being a few months behind. Hard to work when out on leave for surgeries and treatments. She was open and honest about the fees and what each amount of my payment would be. Rhonda helped Darla when she was out and allowed for this great team of 2, to get this set up and keeping the company from taking my car. Best advice for anyone out there, don’t be afraid to communicate the struggles. They get it. They have guidelines they have to follow, but they also allow for flexibility to allow you to make the situation right if the desire is to do so. Without these 2 people, I would have been unemployed and not able to get to work, as well as without a vehicle to take my children to school. They made the most difficult time in my life Manageable. Thank you for all you two do! Thanks for “getting” life happens and some of us want to do the right thing, but trying times don’t make it always possible for a set schedule. My respect and gratitude to them both! I’m now ALL caught up and a smile on my face!
