1 /5 Arleen Cooper: ABS Ocala, FL Representative(s) came to our home two years ago and we switched health insurance supplement plans to save money. We had a problem with the original supplement plan company and tried to handle it myself, to no avail, so contacted our reps at ASB by phone and received no return phone calls. Then I sent the manager a (not so nice) letter with copies to our reps. Received a phone call right after they received the letter and they resolved the situation.
Now, we have another situation and I have called one of our reps on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 and as of this date, Monday, January 30, 2017 have not received a return phone call. Also, on Friday, January 27, 2017, I mailed a letter to ABS, which they should have received today, January 30, 2017, but still have not received a call in response to my letter nor a return call in response to my original call last week. I personally think that, unless you are wealthy (considering that this company is called ASB FINANCIAL) - and, which we are not - then I dont think you get the attention you deserve, especially after theyve sold you their product and have received their commission. The statement on their Website: "Our ethics and passion for helping people is at the core of what drives us" is only true while theyre trying to sell you something and/or if youre wealthy and do a lot of financial business with them....otherwise, it means diddly squat.
