1 /5 Priscilla Jimenez: I was with this insurance company for years & even have family members & friends that use them as well until now…Thanks to Emily incompetence I was not able to get a rate that I could afford due to her not getting back to me on time. Even when I called myself because she hadn’t contacted me back as she said she would. She swore that my phone would go straight to voicemail when she would call yet no voicemail was left for the “times she called me”. When I called since I didn’t hear from them I spoke to someone else & could not get an affordable rate due to it being too late. When I mention that I did my part & that was not fair to me , no one took accountability nor was there an apology. Honestly a HUGE disappointment with this company . If you want competent people look elsewhere.
