Before joining Axis, I worked out three times a week with a home-based personal trainer. While I had established a good baseline, my goal was to increase strength and muscle mass. I now attend group classes twice a week and have one personal training session with Chad.
Chad has consistently challenged me and helped me stay on track to achieve my goals. He is also incredibly knowledgeable in his field, always educating me on the science and body mechanics behind our exercises and programs, which I find very helpful.
