1 /5 Carlos Velazquez: HORRIBLE!! I wouldn’t put even 1 star, they don’t deserve it. Last time I made my tax here, I waste 8 hours waiting for them to do my taxes, and also they took me 638.90, this it’s the worst and unprofessional place I’ve ever been

1 /5 EL TIEMPO ESTA CERCA: never go to this place had a couple of yrs going and this yr is horrible filled 1/30 2025 still april 18 and no refund tired of calling sending emails and still nothing they submitted my w2 late and still having issues they are not responding and are not responsive you wanna loose be my guess and you can google better you will have more info on whats happening here good luck

1 /5 Chelsea Yee: I will never and when I say NEVER use these place to do my taxes. I never seen a tax person take more than $700 for themselves. I barely was getting money back and him bring as greedy as he is took out more than he has ever. The hassle of going here and waiting more than 7 hours to do your taxes is not worth it. Im sorry but this man is greedy and honestly will get you more money so he can get more out of you. If i could rate 0 stars I would!!!

1 /5 Frank Sequera: The worst Tax service you can get. So many issues in this place. First of all the appointment they give you is not accurate I have an appointment at 12:15 pm and they finally get to you at 2 PM they don’t respect your time. I get audited by the IRS and now I have a penalty to pay to the IRS for a mistake he make when he was filling my taxes. After that forget if you think they gonna take responsibility for what they do they just gonna waste your time. In conversation back and forward without any resolution and in the end, you finished paying what you own to the IRS plus all the interest they charge you trying to figure out what to do.

1 /5 AM A: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I never had an issue with my taxes until I used this facility. I now own the IRS all my taxes which is so wrong. Also, when I went it was not organized. I went into the office and the computer was open for anybody to see other costumers personal information like SSN and names and addresses. I have told him because I was worried all my information will remain open as well. In conclusion, not to trust to be well executed. Dont go please, save time and stress.
