Kate Petrovic: This agency is very poorly operated. The staff are very uneducated and just run through the motions, really not caring about the business that gives them a job to go to everyday. I have been with this agency through its past 2 owners and both have been terrible. The original owner not being there for a particular reason that I will not mention should have been a red flag from the get-go. I stayed because changing insurance companies is a pain in itself. The second owner has an incompitant staff that really do not care if the business goes down. I have tried to cancel my policy several times finally, obtained a new policy and had an agent Demeasha from this agency on a recorded line to MAKE SURE things very cancelled properly. I am now receiving collection letter stating my policy was never cancelled. First I was going to be issued a refund, NOW I OWE MONEY?! I know every agency operated solely independent because they are individually owned however, this is not one I would recommend to my worst enemy.

I found out that the bank pulled my payment as potential fraud and as such created non payment of my insurance premium. I had to contact Lydia via messenger to try and resolve. She proceeded to provide me with information as to what needed to be done. Since I was returning back to FL on the weekend she agreed to meet with me today so that we could get my account back on track. I would have hated to have my policy cancelled through no fault of mine after being a State Farm customer for 40 years in Vegas and about 6 years in Florida. Being out of the country I was in a panic. But Lydias research, prompt response and resolution went above and beyond and I could finish my remaining vacation knowing everything would be taken care of. Kudos Lydia and State Farm. .
