Told them what kind of piercing i wanted (surface piercing) and got Allison from the back to help me with it! Allison was very nice from the start to finish. she introduced her self and was very excited to do the piercing! she told me about the process , very informative , and let me choose the jewelry! at first i wanted the piercing on one side but she recommended to do the other side just because of old scarring, which i did not mind her recommendation ! Allison was so great , she made me calm and very excited to do this. She is very professional , everything is clean , and sterile . Through the process she gave me such positive reinforcement that i never had from professional piercer. Sabrina was very helpful when telling me about the after care! They took the time to get a proper size, and assured me it could be done quickly. I asked if it could be done faster than that, bottom line- they had my ring for less than 12 hrs and 8 of those were because the store was closed…. The ring fits perfectly, and they will take care of my brothers just as fast should their rings not fit right either. Thank You Stars Jewelers, and Jamal for the immediate work.
