5 /5 Lauren Crosson: I have been doing BODYROK classes consistently for about three months now and I’ve seen some awesome payoff not only in my core strength, but also my balance. The classes are challenging, but the instructors always offer a different modification until you’re able to build your strength up. I usually end up taking morning classes and so it’s typically the same few instructors, and some of my faves are Nicole F., Chunsi and Avery! The ladies who are upfront are always friendly when you walk in and always help with any problems I’ve ran into. I like that the class sizes are smaller, so the instructors are really able to focus in and help you when you need it. Also, the class being only 45 minutes, it goes by so fast and you’re done with the workout before you know it! Overall if you’re thinking about trying a class, go for it, you’ll definitely be back for more!
