Took care of cleaning a 24in gold chain for me (which looked amazing afterwards) and also repairing my gold bracelet. He also did my mom’s gold bracelet which means the world to her since it was a gift from her dad before he passed. Extremely fair on repair pricing and sales related items and will be my new family jeweler for years to come.

5 /5 Kimberly Rose: I went in there because I had a ring that was on my finger that was swollen and I couldnt get it off and it was starting to hurt the tendons and my finger was locked in place they took the ring off in seconds and when I asked him how much it was it was nothing they did it for free and when I asked him if they could refix the ring he said I wouldnt wear it for another two or three months I said oh no not going to wear it on my finger Im going to put it on the chain around my neck because it is a sentimental thing its the last ring my mom bought me so hes going to fix it $35 and I will recommend them to anybody courteous polite efficient

The lobster claw broke on my necklace and they replaced it for me. And also cleaned my necklace as well. I want to thank browns jewelers. They put in a low grade stone, yes they did..prove it, not unless it had been laser engraved. Original stone was bright and clear, new stone was pale and yellow. Never ever doing business with these....
