On the last van I bought, a 2014 Nissan NV 2500 the ac went out within a week of having it. I called them to let them know what had happened and they fixed it the next day without a any questions. That usually doesn’t happen on an “As Is Sale” but they do care for their customers. Thank you so much B & T/ Exige Auto Mall for your great service! I will definitely refer them to anyone looking to buy a used car.

Joel Hynes: Definitely my least favorite Truist bank location. Other Truists have always been a positive experience. However, at this one I was told that in order to withdraw a certain amount of cash, I had to wait for a branch manager, who was on lunch for 45 minutes. The teller (Francesca) also sighed and scolded me several times because I didnt want to pay for a cashiers check and was withdrawing cash which "is a hassle". She seemed annoyed that I wanted cash, and then I heard the wait 45 minutes line. I assume based on the reviews that after the wait I would probably be told by the manager that I just couldnt withdraw that today. Truist, do yourselves a favor and close this branch before they give a bad name to the entire brand. Or at the very least, completely overhaul the management and rework the branch culture. Until then, Ill stick with the branches that are better!
