I will say the local, Crawfordville, bank staff is very helpful. That does not help the high service costs and poor service when trying to get help from the call center. Goodbye CCBG.

Pat Jandacek: My present bank does not have branches in the Tallahassee area and I am moving to Panacea in a few short weeks. I stopped at several banks but when I reached Prime Meridian I was very pleased with the reception and service I received. Personal checking and savings account were completed in the one visit though it required many phone calls and a long wait for Tara to get the information needed. She was patient, kind, and still able to acknowledge other patrons as they came in without disturbing our business. Its also a beautiful building and I have no doubt all service will be rendered with the same attitude toward the customer.
