They placed new workings and the next day, this was in my arm. I brought it to two other jewelers and was told they bent the back- now they are not responsible. If the watch is anything but a Timex, hire a professional.

Not only did he recreate my beautiful "Sex and the City" style ring, he made it even better! I would highly recommend him for custom pieces, and just general jewelry/gift needs. He is an extremely creative jeweler and has stunning pieces to choose from. I also overheard another client discussing how she will only bring her repairs to Alexis. When I returned to the business to discuss a resolution I was told there wasn’t anything wrong. It’s very obvious they are missing. He then told me that I didn’t pay $300 for it and told me he knew nothing about jewelry. He then called us liars and tried to upswell me a different set!! Never buy from here they will scam you and refuse to fix obvious issues

Its tucked just off of 13th street, on a road that can get super busy, but theres plenty of parking on the side of the building opposite of Starbucks. Every time Ive come inside, theyve been nothing but respectful, knowledgeable, nice and understanding -- especially to repeat customers. Im no stranger to customer service, and they do a superb job Theyre thorough, speak highly of their customers, and take good care of the items they sell. In a pawn shop, these are very important qualities. Their store is a bit smaller, but they have a great selection as well. I definitely recommend.
