I did my own shopping for a new policy and received a better quote. I called this morning to cancel my old policy for reimbursement. We’ll see if I get a call back. I wouldn’t recommend them like I have in the past.

1 /5 MARIA AGUERRE: I’ve been a customer for 4 years. Was attempting to explain an issue with my policy premium to one of their agents when I was spoken to in a VERY loud tone. I attempted to explain that Geico was offering me a better deal. Their reply was “GO TO GEICO THEN!”. Not a very smart move. Very unprofessional. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disrespected like I was in this situation. Needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere.
